Great location! We felt safe here. This would be agreat central location for a stay anytime of year, with family in Oswego, a best friend in the neighborhood (Eastwood), and not to far from wedding venue in Cooperstown. You'll find that Kathryn (or someone) has some decorating skills. Very cozy & homey. One night I stayed "home" and played cribbage with my friend. Fun! We all enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Kathryn!

Son was playing baseball in Cooperstown so we needed a place to stay overnight. Perfect place . Clean and very spacious. Really enjoyed the coffee bar . Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in the lower unit of a beautifully upgraded and maintained late 1920s (?) era building. It was a quiet, clean, and perfect place for our family to base out of for our family graduation events. We were particularly impressed with the attention to the small details that made our stay easy and enjoyable. On top of it all, the host was very communicative and willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. Great stay! Thank you.

We stayed 2 nights in this lovely and well appointed apartment. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. The whole place was very clean and the beds comfortable. Nice location in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from downtown Syracuse and the SU campus. Kathryn was very helpful and quick with responses. We were very pleased and would definitely stay there again.
