I didn’t feel quite safe or satisfied with this property

Friendly staff. CLEAN room. We felt safe in the area. If you know ahead of time this is not a luxury hotel & bring all the things you’ll need other than sheets, pillows, & towels, then you should be all set. We were just in town to visit family, so cleanliness & safety were our top priorities, so this place was perfect. We loved that it had a full size fridge, microwave, & two burners to give us the option of eating some meals in the room.

No amenities in room (i.e. coffee pot) List of delivery for food was out of date. Difficult to find

Monica maker in whole property, no coffee in room, not one dish or utensil in kitchen (could purchase). No extra blanket in room. No extra toilet paper rolls and left with less than a 1/4. Would not stay here again!

The first time I stayed I was impressed but this second time around they gave me a dirty room. I believe someone may have been living there but the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The floor was dirty with crumbs and toenail clippings

They should incorporate coffee maker and kitchen supplies (cups,plates,pots, knifes, spoons and forks)in the room

Property is nice. Lobby has a weird odor but it’s very clean. Could be a chemical they clean with. Hotel is extremely clean. No carpet in rooms. Nice laminate flooring. Very modern. Comfortable beds. No curtains (nice blinds instead). Good bedding. Big bathroom. Full size refrigerator, two burner cooktop, full size microwave. Direct TV. The issue I had is with noise from upper floors. The beds have metal frames with 8 legs. Because there is no carpet, the beds make a lot of noise in the room and in the rooms below from the metal directly on the wood floors. They should consider adding pads on the feet of those bed frame legs.

Will be staying again

In town to see some friends. It’s a room with a bed and a TV. Nothing more really. My room was missing utensils and the shower curtain..which was more funny than annoying.

The property and staff were great! My problem is with Expedia! I tried checking into the property and they never received a confirmation for my reservation. They were also sold out so I was unable to book a room. I then had to scramble to try and find somewhere to stay because I was 1 hour away from home for a wedding.

Property was clean but def not for a nightshifter, no blackout on the windows and the walls are super thin so I got to hear everyone outside of my room including their fur babies so def hard to get a restful sleep after working overnight.

Booked this hotel stay a month in advance. When I get there they have no reservation for me. I believe the hotel overbooked that weekend because it was Memorial Day weekend so I had to get whatever they had left. I call hotels.com and they said they were told that my payment method was the issue. Now mind you, I used that same credit card at the counter. Hotels.com told me that I would get a $50 one key credit. I have yet to receive it. Guess it was my fault somehow.

No Iron or Iron board in the rooms. Brand new hotel, but lack lot essential items

Good location. very clean. I did not care for the $50 'hold' they put on your credit card and then take 5-10 days to remove it.

Very clean and fresh room, clean and nice bathroom, pretty quiet and safe area. Smooth checkin. We enjoyed our stay.

The customer service was great. There was a slight smell that needed to be taken care of. However, the hotel staff and accommodations when traveling with pets was great.

Hotel claimed that hotels.com hasn’t paid them…So even though I had a receipt, they said we’d have to pay again to stay. I’m not sure how this is even legal to do, but I’m getting really tired of reservations not working appropriately or easily any more

Hotel was brand new built 2 months old staff was great overall we had a gas leak in the lobby with the property dryers and were displaced for a couple of hours on our second of four-night stay at this place and we were not compensated in any way shape or form they have no in-room coffee or Continental which is fine extended stay I guess type of residence and they did not at least make sure coffee was made in the morning which is a big thing for me but overall Ford 2 months brand new could have been better they've got some bugs to work out

This was a perfectly pleasant hotel! I’m not one to require any special treatment or fancy things, I just want a cheap and safe place to stay. The area was safe, everyone was quiet, and there were no bugs. The walls are thin so you will hear other people- but for this price it’s worth it! Every staff member I talked to helped me out and was very kind. Thank you!

The room was very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There was only 2 drawers in the room which was an inconvenience for a family of four for 5 days. The beds squeaked with every movement. I disliked we only got one room key.

Staff was pleasant, hotel was clean and in great shape however the noise of other guests kept us up all night and because there is no front desk staff after 11 there was no way to complain and no one to keep people from hanging out in the hallways. The bare floors make sense for the cleanliness of the rooms but it sounded like our upstairs neighbors were dragging their furniture around all night. For two nights! Not sure I’d stay here again.

The building looks relatively new and well kept. They’re an extended stay location and it seems they’ve had issues with folks doing things they aren’t supposed to do so there’s a lot of precautions taken including a lot of paperwork and a $50 account hold. The room gives me college dorm vibes which isn’t bad but it’s basic. The walls are thin so you’re gonna hear every activity that happens outside your doors or in other rooms. It wasn’t crazy the night I stayed so while I heard stuff it wasn’t disruptive. The only issue I had was a lack of hot water in the shower. I could hot water in the sink but none there.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! The room was spotless and had more than we expected in terms of kitchen appliances. My only complaint was that we could hear the people above us talking and walking and it woke us up early. But overall a great place to stay

To enter a building without an auto door opener is unusual, inconvenient and extremely difficult. Handicapped rooms but no handicapped entrance!? Check in required a credit card for the $50 deposit. Provided the card, was handed back, as soon as it was replaced in purse, then was told AGAIN my card was needed. I requested a second key as reservation indicated 2 persons. My 50 yo daughter was standing next to me and was told they needed to see her ID (it was in car still). After checking into room, she returned to desk for key and was never asked for ID. During check in, the phone was ringing LOUDLY and instead of placing on hold, the other attendant was asking questions of me that I could not hear them appeared exasperated with me because she was clueless on how to manage background noise. My first and last time at this motel chain. The facility is impeccably clean but the staff is not professional hospitality staff.

First time staying here I had a great experience do recommend!

Room was dirty, bed uncomfortable front desk staff was condescending so sorry I booked this horrible place my key didn’t work I keep having to go back to front desk to program it not worth the money they charged floor in my room was so filthy and dirty hated my stay

This just seemed to be a new build but with absolutely zero comforts. We could hear everything, from in the parking lot, hallway and next door. The room next to ours seems like they had 10 children in there and were up until way past midnight, hollering, running and everything else. Our room door would not lock until you put all you might and pull it. Crazy seeing that it’s new. A cabinet door fell off as we walked in. Never again.

Definitely would stay again!
