Our family had the best time at this beautiful property! The peaceful cul de sac, steps from the beach and crystal blue private pool were icing on the cake and every detail of the home could not have been better! Pristine condition with every detail to delight the vacationers. Beautiful bedrooms, gorgeous chef’s kitchen, plenty of space to relax and enjoy! We can’t wait to go back!

The house is so clean and beautifully furnished. Kitchen has so many plates and cups that we didn’t have to wash after every meal. Chairs, parasols and bugyboards for beach were great additions. We throughly enjoyed our stay here.

This property was perfect for an extended family getaway. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was fully stocked so cooking for a large group was easy. We had young children with us and really appreciated the safety measures surrounding the pool. The convenience of the beach access was great too. Highly recommend and would book again!

Our first stay at this beautiful (new) home. We had all the amenities one could possibly want, and then some. The home is spacious and well designed with plenty of room for a family vacation. Having a private pool is a huge plus. Book it, you will not regret the decision.

Absolutely stunning! This beach house exceeded all our expectations. The location was great for walking the whole family to the beach. The house itself is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The spacious, open-concept living area and large windows created a bright, airy atmosphere. We especially loved the outdoor area and pool with its comfortable seating and BBQ grill – perfect for relaxing. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended for a tranquil and luxurious getaway!

This beautiful new construction beach home was just what our family was looking for! We have rented at Topsail Island numerous times on the beach, this was the first time with a pool and it was a game changer for two-nine- year-old boys who never run out of energy.
The kitchen was beautiful and felt like being at home… We loved the multiple decks and places to enjoy the outdoors.
All of the beautiful bedrooms had en suites which gave everyone room to spread out and have their own personal space. The owners were wonderful to deal with.

Fantastic host. New and very clean property. Beautiful kitchen. Kids and adults loved the pool. Our favorite part was watching the sunset while we were eating dinner. Very close to the beach. We would love to come back.
