Fabulous view from balcony. Excellent location. Although the apartment is quite small the spacious balcony makes it feel much larger. It has a perfect orientation for watching beautiful sunsets.

There was mould in the shower cubicle. A small draining rack in the kitchen would be helpful.

As pre previous reviews the view from the apartment is spectacular. The location is perfect with short walks to both Malagueta beach and the centre. Alejandro was there to meet us with the keys as promised and he also was good enough to give us some good advice on where to visit and what to do during our stay. The apartment itself is compact but is very comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. Just don't drop the soap in the shower as it's a bit of a tight squeeze (a very minor negative and vastly outweighed by the rest of the apartment especially the evening views!).

Not really a negative but we were a little apprehensive after reading other reviews about the building works outside the apartment. These are still ongoing but didn't bother us as we were out early and didn't come back to the apartment until after 5 when the works finish.

As others have reported, it's quiet at night and noisy during the day due to construction across the street.

The view was spectacular. Friendly host who took care of everything elegantly. Near (in) city centra and sights, beach, shops and restaurants. Very comfortable bed.

Work-site nearby was a bit noicy, but not too bad.

It was totally amazing apartment; 1. the cleanliness was beyond praise. 2. The whole atmosphere of the apartment and absolutely amazing view from the balcony (it is really big and I’ve literally spent half the time there :))3. There was everything u need for good stay - regardless is your stay long or short - lots of kitchen utensils, lots of towels, different shampoos, cremes, coffee, tee, sugar, oil etc. 4. The wifi connection was perfect 5.And last but not the least - the attitude of the host - always supportive, always answering all the questions:) which sure made the stay even better and definitely comfortable. To summarise- it was a perfect place for living and relaxing, not only to spend the night in:)

Everything. The view is spectacular. So close to the port , beach etc. ..a little further for old town etc. I will definitely be back.

Awesome location behind the Centre Pompidou, really some of the best you could find with proximity to Malagueta beach as well as walking distance to the old town. Great view on the port, mountains and the fortress. The balcony is wonderful to relax during afternoon/sunset. Easy check-in. Two elevators, overall nice appartment.

Just one nuisance: the toilet flush went out of order a day prior to departure. It was attended to but was still out of order several hours later, and until we checked out. A qualified plumber would have fixed the issue within minutes. We were offered a rebate for a future booking which was a kind gesture but of no value to us. The shower door was leaky and the floor wet after normal showering, an issue which also would be easy to fix. A minor thing to consider in winter is that stone floors are really cold so bring wool socks or slippers. There are no hooks to hang your coat at the entry. Otherwise we would rate the appartment far above 8.
