The condo was absolutely beautiful! Very spacious and everything was as listed. Condo has everything you need and more and the view from the balcony was awesome. Our girls trip consisted of me, my mother, my sister, my daughter and my daughter's friend and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The owner is amazing too, always quick in replying to messages and sent us our full check-in info well in advance so we were completely prepared. Will definitely be staying here again.

Easily one of the best condos we have rented. Very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great as well. Carol responded very quickly when we had a question about the thermostat. Our family would love to stay here again!

Arrival/ Check In was simple and perfect. Carol responded to emails promptly and she was super sweet. We would stay at this condo again if we go back to Panama City Beach.

We loved staying here during the 4th of July week. Amazing view of the fireworks and room for all 10 of us to sleep and eat!! We forgot a tablet that the owner was able to mail back to us!!

The place was very nice. The only downside was the elevator was pretty slow

Nice location, nice condo but we have a really bad experience with the owner Carol, after the check out she pretend to charge us a lot of "extras" (pool wrist bands, scuff marks etc)

We stayed here for the July 4th holiday. I always come to PCB for the summer so I’m not new to the people, heat, etc. The condo was absolutely stunning. Perfect for a large family who needed multiple bedrooms. The view of the ocean was superb and having fireworks shot from the piers within viewing distance to your left and right was amazing. The beach was beautiful and clean. The chairs on the beach were new and nice (I will say I miss the older ones that were connected as it provided a “table” but the new ones are nice as well) Pool area was very well maintained and never overly crowded. I will make note that this is one of few condos I have stayed at that does not have a tiki bar some where on premises but that was not a huge deal breaker for us. Parking was as normal- a slight headache but never too much trouble to find a spot. All 4 elevators were in working order and for us being on the 22 floor- there was only one incident that we waited longer than 5-7 minutes for an elevator (Saturday of arrival) Kudos to the owners for having a very well maintained property and providing an outstanding home away from home for guests like us. We look forward to booking your condo again in the future! **for those reading this review the “negatives” are nothing of the owners faults nor are they out of the ordinary for this time of year/this area. We love PCB and I always try to give the good and “bad” for those who are first timers. This condo is by far on the top of my list to rebook in the future.**

Loved Carol’s condo! Very nice and clean, not to mention comfortable! Steps to the beach; kids loved the pool. Loved drinking coffee overlooking the beach. Beautiful views. Carol had excellent communication; one drain was draining slow and she sent someone right away to fix it. Condo had plenty of space for our family and our best friends. Highly recommend.

The view from the balcony is amazing, and sitting there relaxes your mind - a form of therapy. The condo is very clean and efficient- just like home. The kitchen was not cramped and was well stocked. There were 6 of us (3 couples) and we loved it - no complaints. Parking was tricky with our 15 seater van but our guys made it! - very convenient when bringing in stuff. We didn’t use the beach chairs because we really don’t like staying too close to other people - but what for? We had a private balcony to see and hear the water at anytime of day. The sunsets were amazing. We’ll be back. Thank you Carol.

This condo was amazing. It was Clean, very well decorated, comfortable beds and furniture, wonderful views ect. It was perfect for our family. I wld highly recommend this condo and wld stay here again. The owners were great to work with and they were very prompt to email or text or call when we needed things or had questions. Wonderful stay.

This condo was amazing. We stayed in a different condo last year at this same complex and was not happy at all. This year was totally different! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was clean and up to date. The furniture was comfortable and not bulky to where it took up so much space! We were there for a softball tournament (only 5 minutes from one of the main ballparks) and loved having the full washer and dryer to be able to do the laundry quickly so that we could enjoy the condo and the beach. Each room had a flat screen tv and there were DVD players that the kids used at night or when we were stuck inside because of rain. The condo also came with two beach chairs and umbrellas. This was nice in the fact that you didn't have to worry about carrying chairs down to the beach, since it is located on the 22nd floor. Everything was so nice that it made it easy to keep everything clean. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a meal and the ice maker worked great! The owners and manager were easy to work with and responded to our questions/comments in a reasonable timeframe. We received our deposit back in just over a week from when we left. If we get the chance to ever go back, we will definitely see if this, or one of their other condos, is available! (Hope I didn't praise it too much that I can't rent this place again because everyone else will want to stay here! Lol). My husband and I totally recommend this condo!

I selected this condo based on the location, price and appearance. It did not disappoint! We had 5 adults, 2 kids and one baby with us and there was plenty of room. Snow was very helpful in working with us on the delivery of a crib and high chair. We enjoyed watching the sting rays in the morning off of the balcony and made great use out of the stocked kitchen! Would definitely come back!

Before we booked this condo, I spent many hours poring over other units and emailing back and forth with owners and agents. I must say that all that time was well-spent because I feel this condo was perfect for our needs. It had all the amenities of home, so I didn't need to spend a lot of $$ at Wal-Mart and Target just so that we could cook a meal and watch movies. The decor is beautiful, updated and very tasteful. (My parents stayed in another unit at the same time and didn't have the same experience.) We will definitely be back next year!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It felt like we were right at home. Everything you would ever need this condo has. Great attention to detail. There is a beautiful view and it is very convenient to all the popular shops, bars, restaurants, and attractions. Everyone at the resort is very nice. The only thing that really bothered us while we were there is the air conditioning. The owner wants you to keep the air at 72-78 and let me tell you it was HOT in there. Even with all the doors shut, curtains drawn and fans on we all sweated through out the nights. Other than that we had a beautiful trip and would highly recommend this property to anyone. Snow is awesome to deal with and will help you with anything you need.

Nothing but good things to say from the start of choosing this condo to the day we left. Owners were great, any questions were answered almost immediately. Area is perfect for a leasurely holiday, everything is close, lots of golfing. Would recommend this property to anyone

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable and the view from the balcony was spectacular!! The owners did a very thorough job of preparing us for the trip and explaining everything. The entire process was very smooth and we did not experience any problems. The restaurants and shops at Pier Park are awesome and within walking distance. We especially liked having a Walmart so close by. Just wish they would keep the hot tubs open later than 10:00 p.m.. We will definitely return to this property.

What an absolute delight this condo was, exactly as pictured, well maintained & beautifully decorated. The view was awesome. My grand kids loved the beach, at night, with their flashlights, they would dig for crabs, new experience for them. Location was great, close to so many attractions, including Ripley's Believe It or Not. As a senior, I had no problem getting around the condo and it was perfect for my daughter & grand kids. Snow was so courteous & helpful, which made for a memorable trip. We would highly recommend this property; guarantee you will not be disappointed!

This was an amazing place to stay with a wonderful view from the balcony , we saw Dolphins, huge schools of fish, and manta rays swimming in the ocean. The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, and exceeded our expectations! We were extremely impressed with our time spent, and did not want to leave. In addition,to the above the condo is located to some amazing restaurants and shopping! Perfect place to stay !!!

My family and friends had a wonderful time at this resort! The condo is so clean with beautiful decor. The views were amazing from the balcony ,as well as the master bedroom and living room. Thanks so much for having a Foreman grill for my quick meals!! I use it religiously at home and wondered if there was one there. Thanks for providing beach chair service...it was so nice to have all that taken care of daily. All we had to do is go to our assigned chairs...so comfy. The attendants who assign the beach chairs were all so attentive and wonderful to deal with. I love that Pier Park was so close. Thanks so much for a wonderful time at your condo! I hated to leave but I can't wait to return!

This was our first visit to P.C.B. The beaches are beautiful! From the moment you walk into this condo, you know it has been well taken care of by the owners with pride. One feels at home immediately . We loved the decor., amenities,, and cleanliness. Having our own lounge chairs waiting for us on the beach each day was wonderful, especially since we are a senior couple.
