Very clean , had everything we needed. Host was very accommodating with check in and out times. Would definitely stay again. Only recommendation is to provide hand soap in bathrooms. Not a big deal just wasn’t prepared.

We ended up here after the original condo we rented was unable to be used. The property manager sent us here quickly after our prior problems. The condo was in perfect condition, clean, and well maintained. It is on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator. The view of both the pool and golf course were a nice touch to look at during our morning coffee. Overall, it is as perfect as it gets. We will be looking at renting this specific condo again on future visits to Myrtle Beach.

Home away from home
There was some issues with cleanliness of the unit. Concerns as to why guest have to take the trash out to an outside dumpster prior to leaving the unit when you have people being paid to do housekeeping? I feel that making sure that all the trash has been bagged should be sufficient. Stayed on the 3rd floor and guest below on 2nd floor called and complained because my grandchildren were being normal kids for ages 2 and 7. Sisters playing with and enjoying one another as they are accustomed to doing. I guess they were supposed to be put in one place and told not to talk, laugh, play, move or interact with one another. Wow!!! Where do they do that??? Nowhere!!! Maybe consideration should be given to putting guest with children on a floor or in a unit where they will not be a disturbance to other residents for being children. Lastly, checkout time is too early (9:30am). 11am or 12pm would be more feasible, especially when you're not allowed to check in unti 4pm on the date of arrival. Technically, that's not a 3-day stay. You basically have to pack up the night before too check out on time. Now time to prepare and eat breakfast prior to leaving. Just some things to take into consideration for future guests.

Gorgeous!!!
What a beautiful place. Super clean and spacious with a great view of the golf course. We loved sitting on the deck and looking at the golfers, turtles, ducks and herons. Wish we could have taken advantage of the pool area, but it wasn't opened yet. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect Condo
The Condo was absolutely perfect, just as advertised, overlooking a beautiful golf course. It was stocked with everything we could have needed minus the few essentials that we were advised to bring with us. Beautiful property, fantastic location, set back from the hustle and bustle yet five minutes away from everything we wanted to do. The layout was fantastic. Everything was spotless. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental and will now be recommending this property to everyone I know. Thank you!

Great place to stay with family of 4. We were visiting for a softball tournament. Location convenient, condo clean with great amenities. Pool for each condo unit of 36 so no over crowding. View is beautiful and enjoyed cocktails on the deck. Rental agency was a pleasure to work with and handled details well. Extremely pleased and would rent again!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO!!
The condo is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. Spacious and everything is new. Great location. Love the pool and make sure you see the wild turtles in the river behind the pool area!

This condo was exactly as pictured! It was a nice break away from the hustle and bustle. We loved being able to relax and the pool was great! Everyone was so helpful and made the process easy! We are already planning to come back!

Great Vacation disappointing condo
Let me first say that I have NEVER left a bad review for anything at all. And there is a reason I’m leaving this bad review will disclose at the end of this message. Before our stay I specifically asked them to make sure they have the condo properly cleaned because I have been there done that over the years and they assured me it would be. Upon arrival there were Children’s wipes and clothes under the couches, white and brown stains on the couches, fan blades thick dust, a bee hive on the patio along with spider webs on all the chairs. Imagine a family lounging around for a week all over the condo and no deep cleaning or cleaning at all. Pretty Gross to be honest. There were broken blinds, the internet was sporadic therefore we had to deal with that every time we wanted to watch tv. It took 5-10 min for it to work every time we turned it on. The king bed that was advertised you think it would have a KING mattress right? Well wrong the bed had a split mattress on it two twin XL’s. For those couples like us who want to lay in bed together and watch tv we had to stay on our sides since if we both moved to the middle it would sink from the split mattress. All this was expressed to them from me a few weeks after we got home (I was not even going to say anything) and I mentioned in my email to them all we needed was an apology since there were no apologies for any of this and they did not even have the decency to respond to my email whatsoever. They had plenty of time to apologize before I wrote this. Well that takes it to another level since no acknowledgement and or apology and that’s why I’m leaving my FIRST negative review on anything EVER. The location and the pool was great along with our vacation but everything stated was unacceptable to say the least. Like I said all I needed from them was a return email acknowledging they were sorry for these things and I did not get it. We will be going back next year but not to this renters condo that is for sure. Thank you
