Good service, friendly staff, great location. Been staying at the same hotel for all my trips to Sri Lanka, Royal Thai is the best restaurant i have been to for Thai food in Sri Lanka. Must try.

We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. The rooms could do with updating by however and the surrounding area was busy

Beautiful hôtel. A bit expansive but it's a five stars so it deserve it. The personnel iscbrillant and very kind. You are considered ad a number. From the pool bar. House-keeping, room service. Reception, and swimming pool bar is very nice. They look all the time.for your comfort. The nail"s istitut are very prossionnal. I will recommmand this hotel to anyone who wants to have beautiful vacations!

Everything was perfect and the staff were amazing and so genuine in trying to accommodate your needs.

For all the gallery photos and the rates, this property does not provide value for money! The rooms are spacious but the air-conditioning is poor, food is very average.

The room is very noisy from the backside, with loud music being plaid all night long, on Sundays. The blasting music comes from a nearby casino, across the lake, and the thumping music is felt on the walls of the room!
