Wonderful concierge helped with all of our needs. Junior suite was smaller than a typical room at a 5-star hotel (hard to imagine how small a regular room would be). Breakfast was limited in space and options; facilities very modest.

The entire staff was some of the best we have ever stayed with.They were more engaged than those at the George V. everyone knew our name everyday and treated us like family. The suite was spacious and quiet and just redone. the stay was flawless

We stayed at Hotel Balzac for a romantic weekend and it was the perfect location and hotel. Very comfortable kingsize bed, very large wet room, clean, quiet, lovely decor. The bar downstairs was ideal, we arrived late on Friday and to have a glass of wine before going to bed was ideal. Overall I thought it was good value for money given the location and convenience.

The Balzac is a great hotel. Conveniently located, a few steps to the subway,a few steps from the "Arc the Triomphe". I have beeen staying there on two different trips and it is still my place of choice in Paris.

This hotel was fantastic! From the moment you walk in, you feel like you're part of something special. The hotel is warm, inviting, very clean, and great service. They even had a toilet seat that was heated!

Upon arrival at the hotel the check in process was very lengthy due to new member of staff on reception on her own. After waiting almost 25 mins to check in we were told the rooms were not ready but would be 10 minutes - this turned into 2 hours. One of our party was allocated a disabled room and we had to complain to the manager before we were moved - they did not want to move us originally! The quality of the rooms was superb as was the location - one minute to the Champs Elysee. The bar and concierge staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a lottery as there is insufficient tables for the hotel which is why they encourage you to eat in your room - the breakfast was plentiful.

Everbody who works at this hotel is super nice. The location is superb. The room was romantic and well decorated. The bed was uncomfortable, they pushed two twin mattresses together to make a king bed. Other than that I cant complain. Chocolates on the night stand every night were a nice touch. This hotel is a good buy and I think for the most part you get what you pay for.

The Hotel room was absolutely beautiful and it feels like your in your own palace. The service was excellent and everyone spoke English. You are two seconds away from the Arche de Triumph and accessible to all Metros. The concierge was extremely helpful and also provided us with wonderful restaurants. We loved the decor of the room as well as the elegant marble bathroom with a bidet built into the toilet.
