We had a wonderful stay for a family foodie trip

My son and I had a great stay for our first mother son night away. Our room was great! The most amazing part for me was that when we left, we forgot my sons switch and games, so a driend went back a few hours later to see if it was still there and the wounderful lady that was cleaning that day had put it somewhere safe while doing her rounds. I had the happiest child ever after that. I was so impressed with how professional they were. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone!

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE SCAMMERS! Hotel stay and front desk personel were nice. First one star i have ever given. Marriott website says $50 each way. Was charged $149 each way on visa. They say you agreed to something that they didn't show you. Now getting the run around. I am more pissed at Marriott because their position was, oh well. Basically just blew us off. That this still is Marriott's first transportation contact on their website and their poor attitude and lack of concern after the fact says alot.

Stayed for a couple nights for a wedding and it was everything I needed: nice room, comfy bed, excellent shower + bathroom mirror/lighting, ample parking, and friendly staff. Pillows could have been firmer, but I know not everyone sleeps well with a firm pillow.

The room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom door was a sliding door and there was a small crack, and you could hear everything if someone was in the bathroom.. also, the morning of check out, a cleaning staff knocked and entered our room 45
Minutes before check out. Thankfully no one was changing and my partner rushed to the door but it still made me feel a little uncomfortable. They could have waited until we answered the door, and I’m not sure why they thought it was okay to open the door when we weren’t checked out

Family trip, two adults and two teenagers. Exactly what we needed, nicely equipped rooms with fridge and coffee maker, comfortable bed, plenty of space. Service was really good, we needed to extend our stay and could not book the same room type in our add-on period, but front desk staff worked it out so we could keep the same rooms for the entire stay. Everyone very friendly and service-oriented. Only minor quibbles are dust behind some of the furniture when I had to retrieve a dropped item, (looks like it could use a schedule for vacuuming behind those every month or two), and a selection of firmer pillows for side sleepers.

Our security deposit was charged twice. I told her it looked like Visa went through, but she said no, and on our Visa statement, it says twice. The next day, I told customer service about it, and they said we'd get a refund within seven days. Staff asked if we would need a house cleaning service; when I responded, "Isn't that included?" she said, "Oh, well, yes, I don't know why she asked.".😏
