No tv remote control was in the room. I had to find power switch on tv to watch baseball game.

The host wasn't giving up much information unless I specifically asked. I was initially given a room on the 2nd floor right near the pool so all I could hear is the noise of kids screaming and adults talking loud. Pool closes at 8pm but this was still going on at 9pm. We'll they finally cleared out from the pool, her come the kids running back and forth up and down the halls, doors slamming, kids crying and all conversations being heard thru the walls. I went back down to registration to request another room that was in a quiet floor. The same employee assisted me and seemed much more helpful. He was able to accommodate me and the 2nd room was much more quieter. A lil more cleaner than the 1st one but could still use some upgrades. TV was tiny but did the job for a few days. Parking was easy and close. No issues with the elevators. We went down to the bar and they definitely need some new and bigger tvs there! Staff were friendly and helpful. I expected better room accommodations for the price a paid.

Horrible wouldn’t recommend nor would ever stay ! Walls were dirty! Had four of us only had three towels, had to wait , people banging on door at 1am!! Horrible experience

While the overall property was functional, the amenities & environment was in poor to unsanitary condition. "Breakfast" was comedic in that anyone would consider that meal anywhere close to edible & nutritious. Won't ever stay at that LA location again and will give harsh consideration to staying at ANY Quality Inn in the future.

We are a frequent flyer at this hotel! It’s a good stay for a family on a budget. What really keeps us coming back is the amazing free hot breakfast every morning! We especially liked the cool AC, the shower, and the extras like having an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, refrigerator, and etc. There was a good choice of TV channels.

Do not get tricked by the picture. When we arrive the room was smelly and not clean. The A/C smelled too. The pillow wasnt even resl one but more like couch cushion that was about 15 inch x15 inch. Notice that the hotel is in front of the highway, lots of drunk people in the parking lot in the third day of stay. The police even came into the hotel. The staff was really great tho Last time that I am.going there.

Checked into my room refrigerator wasn’t working called the receptionist and They were supposed to send somebody up to try to fix or replace it and nobody ever showed up the two nights that I was there never had this experience in this hotel.

We had a 2 night stay at this hotel and here are the reasons why i wouldn't recommend it:- 1. There was constant loud noise during 2nd night of our stay where people were screaming and banging doors which went on for multiple hours late in the night. 2. The area seemed pretty shady because there were people loitering in the parking lot, at night which felt unsafe. 3. The walls are pretty thin which do not provide any privacy.

The odor in rooms were horrible. At check in the customer service lacked! The air conditioning didn't work. Pillows lumpy and mattress outdated and uncomfortable.

First of all, the sink, the water goes very slowly and fills up a lot, the shower cannot be easily regulated, the water comes out cold and sometimes very hot and there is very little water. We didn't like the cleaning service since they do the cleaning until the second night. You have to take the garbage and towels out to the hallway yourself at cleaning time, the only thing missing is for you to wash the towels yourself, the pillows are small and very battered, they are terrible. The curtains do not close well because there is a lot of light due to the gaps left, the breakfast is measured and very little eggs, few sausages, only the pancakes, the coffee, and the cereal, but you can grab more. The pool needs to be cleaner and the chairs are super old.
