"This wannabe hotel left a very bad impression. The building, which is undergoing renovations, feels junky. Our queen bed room was small and lacked basic amenities like a clothes hanger and a hairdryer. There was no view from any room. The small breakfast room had only three tiny round tables for two guests each, accommodating a total of just six guests. The food options were a joke—completely forgettable. The place was frequented by sketchy people. Maybe Days Inn accommodates the homeless, but this was not mentioned at the time of booking!"

They're remodeling currently, and i believe we were in a finished suite. Its DEFINITELY worth it! The room was lovely, new showers have solid pressure, nice and hot. Dimmable lighting, nice 50-55" tv. And the folks working were very friendly.

Overall it was great, but when I got in the room it smelled like S#!+. First thing I did was open the window and turn the fan on what with it being 22 degrees outside wasn’t ideal. I checked in at about 1230 am and checkout is 11am so it’s not like the restroom had been recently used, couldn’t identify a source of the odor

Motel 6 would have been better . Place under construction . Breakfast area could hardly accommodate all people here coffee had bad taste bagels stale room seems to be half finished no place to hang clothes up no place to sit down at except desk chair pillows are small bathroom sink area small room is half empty outside entrance door to building at rear anybody can go in not keyed not safe tenants. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I feel that i payed full price for half a room. I never do reviews but ihad to do this one. JD

They were in the process of remodeling the main entrance and guest checkin. The rooms looked like they had just been remodeled. The free breakfast was just bagels and cereal. One thing I think they should look into is putting a coffe machine in the room.

This place is being renovated. They are doing a great job! I was highly impressed with the results I saw. Very good price for the stay as a result. Not sure if it will stay like this because the upgrades are bringing this property up to another level. Hope they stay the same though because I will be back

It was a nice room for a one night stay, i was a little disappointed that my room smelt like cigarette smoke and the trash was not emptied from before.

I spent a night here. They were doing work on the hotel’s lobby but that really didn’t affect my stay. My room was spacious and clean. There was a simple breakfast with coffee offered which was good. The staff were very friendly.

While they had the reception area and lobby tore up, it was difficult to find the temporary desk. We had to walk through the construction work to find the desk on the opposite side.

One night stop over on our way to Texas. Perfect for that. The rooms were newly renovated and very clean. Hotel is undergoing renovations on the exterior, but that didn’t matter to us. Everything was excellent. Recommend it. Would stay here again.

I asked to pay at check in and they charged my card the full amount and said because we did not check in at 3:00, we were there at 3:45. The breakfast area is super small and very few choices.

This hotel is affordable & good value for the money. There's a free continental breakfast in the morning, free wifi & easy parking. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so the lobby has been relocated to the hallway corridor. I've stayed here twice without any issues.

The room was decent and didn't smell as bad. After the wedding I became ill (gall bladder issue) so we packed up and drove back down to phoenix so I could go to the hospital that I work at. Didn't even get to stay the night.

Beds are very comfortable and everything was super clean and it looked newly remodeled. Small Breakfast bar, no hot food and yet I still will highly recommend the stay.
