The Stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, Marina Del Rey, never disappoints. Top notch service and care from Justin and his entire staff! They are the reason I'm a repeat customer!

I reserved 2 rooms as I was there with family. My sons had one room which wa fine. My room has no AC however they came to fix it we changed rooms. It was pretty musty in the original room with the no AC. The 2nd room was ok… had AC. These rooms are old and could be updated. We were there 2 nights. I was gone all day on Sunday and came back to my room not made up. I called down to reception and they said they only do it every other day. I was not told that I said. Reception said there is a sign at check in which I did not see. They should have told me this as well. I stayed there last year the same time and my room was made up. He did send up fresh towels though. I am very disappointed as I spent good money to stay there (by the way my son’s room is was not made up either). There is a tag to hang on the door but I didn’t hang it as it says “No thank you service not needed at this time“ I have attached a photo of the sign in reception, which is easily missed.

This hotel is right by the marina and right around the corner from really great restaurants. The staff was very friendly and gave really good service I would definitely stay here again

It was just a little get away, the front desk was exceptional (Ashlee mostly but all was great). The room was nice and clean, overall everything was great.
