There was one working elevator which ceased to work the second day we were there for quite some time, and we had to walk up to the 10th floor, which was 160 steps!! We felt stuck in our room as we were not informed the elevator was repaired. The parking deck was fine, although getting all our baggage to our car was challenging because there was no baggage cart access to the parking deck.

My husband and I love our stay everytime. We stay 3 times a year, but weekend getaway was ruined with loud family with kids. Had to call to the desk 2 times to get the situation handled.

The bath tub has mold around the faucet and the plumbing in the shower delivered 100+ hot water that almost scorched my husband.

Great stay. From check in to check out everything was great. We have stayed several times since I have early doctor appointments in Va Beach area and have always had a great stay.

Front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good serving a variety of options but nothing fancy. Free parking. Very nice stay and would return.

Our stay was great! It was my girlfriend's first time to Vabeach; to any beach to be frank. Everything that you want in a hotel without breaking uour checking account is here. And i propsed to her in our room. Thank you.

Such a nice hotel. More like a home. TV in the LR and in the bedroom. The bed was fantastic, the view from the 9th floor- exhilarating. Wonderful stay!

Nothing like I was expecting given the reviews. Air freshener was so strong it made me sick. Rooms are very noisy and I had an unsafe feeling the entire time due to low lighting in the hallway and doors left open.

Short trip before surgery. Check in was very smooth and easy. Have stayed at Coastal previously and have always been extremely satisfied.

It was the super-nice choice for a reasonable price. The balcony view was just amazing. The bed was really comfortable. In other words, we had a lot of joy with my family.
