Great customer service. Room was clean

Small elevator

It was oceanfront which was great. Close to everything on the boardwalk. Had a nice size fridge. A stovetop and microwave. Heat and air worked great. Shower knobs were a little wonky.

The noise. The walls seemed like they were made of paper. You could hear all the street noise and vehicles. Luckily I sleep like a rock but the wife had a hard time sleeping.

Floors in the room are filthy they must never sweep or vacume or mop the bed had only a fitted sheet no regular sheets and half of my pillow cases were missing . Also you have a kitchen but you better bring your own pots and pans because the guy said ever since Covid they no longer supply something I think they need to put on the website . And if their housekeeping is not willing to sweep and mop, the need to provide a broom and dustpan or vacuum for each room because if we didn’t have socks on, we had sand everywhere and I’m almost certain that the bedroom because there were even sand in the bed.

The location and the room was okay. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and just watching the sunset and the ocean

I stayed there seven days and no one came and got any trash until Friday and the room was not cleaned and the bed was not changed. I called and called they said they would send someone up but I never saw anyone. Friday they finally sent someone I don’t think was used to making rooms he did sweep and mop and brought me some towels. He also brought some clean sheets but I don’t think he knew how to make a bed I had to change my own bed I think that was terrible

Very convenient to the beach and numerous attractions in the area.

The location was perfect and the free on-site parking was a plus.

The beds were horrible. The mattresses are obviously the absolute cheapest on the planet. Zero comfort. Pillows were lumpy. Smell of bedding was like cheap cologne and mold. Bed framing had a metal wall surrounding the bed. The slightest inadvertant kick sounded like thunder rumbling. Dust was half-inch thick on a/c unit in bedroom. Cable wires to TV were exposed and loosely ran across floors. Single-cup coffee maker was missing the piece that holds the coffee packet. Battery needed replaced in smoke detector so we listened to chirping all night. Although there was a sleeper sofa available, there was no bedding for it so it was nut usable. There was what appeared to be a small closet with a door. When opened it was dirty, dusty duct work and other things that are typically hidden from view. Ad said the hotel had been renovated, but the quality of the work put into renovations was poor (tiles not installed properly). Walls were dirty. Water Temps in sinks and tub/shower are set too high; this is not safe for young children.
