Checked in at 4pm. They put us on the second floor in the back. We drug our suitcases up the stairs, only to find the keycards they gave us didnt work. Walked back down to the front for new keys, realizing as we looked around that the carpets in the corridors were filthy! Certainly didn't give me confidence that a room was going to be clean. However once we got into the room it was fine.

The cleanliness of the hotel was horrible. We were moved from one room to another due to what appeared as if the sheets were not changed. Hair and what looked like pieces of a dead bug still on the top sheet. The floor was filthy, bathroom tub had terrible mold and when you stood in the tub for a shower, I wasn’t sure if I was going to get sea sick due to the water that seemed to lay in between the the tub layers. I am assuming some kind of a liner was under neath the tub due to it leaking. I realize at $150 for a night I should have slept in my car. Part of my enjoyment when I travel is the comfort of the hotel, I will think differently about the hotel that I pick moving forward. This hotel needs to be completely re done. I would NOT recommend. I was going to take a picture of the shower but it was to disgusting to look at.

Did not like that they close the door goin to the parking that’s was the only thing I want so I don’t have to go in the hallway. They need to make a make over to this hotel so old and stinks

Check in was somewhat slow though the lady was nice. The room smelled like smoke. There were dead bugs in the corner. There was old food and drinks in the refrigerator. There were hairs on the bed spread and the toilet seat. There were cracks and dirt on the bathroom floor. The bathtub faucet was a constant unstoppable stream. My daughter's socks were filthy after running around in them for an hour. The bed sheets had hair in them that wasn't mine or my daughter's. The bed wasn't uncomfortable though the claim that it was a queen sized bed is untrue. Also, there were only three pillows - two of which were half sized; something I'd never seen before. The breakfast wasn't bad and the young man who seemed to be taking care of things seemed to be constantly replacing/replenishing one thing or another. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the room. I'll certainly think twice about ever staying at a Best Western again.

Check-in was easy and fast. The hotel was quiet which I appreciated.

Hotel needs a good cleaning. The hallways are filthy and carpet stinks. Looks like they didn't sweep the halls. The runs not as bad. But they need some loving care to them. Ceiling in bathroom had a water leak at one time and looks to be falling in. Bathroom door was broke. But the start in the run was fine id sleep there again if I needed too. Breakfast was not good. Wish I didn't force it done and just ate somewhere else.

Had to get a refund messy dirt everywhere in the hallways , when I walked in the room the beds were flipped and there was a terrible odor. Ended up going Nextdoor to Hampton in worth the extra 50 bucks.

No shower curtain in my room. Only 2 sets of towels (booking for 3). Empty kleenex box. In functional tv remote. Free Breakfast, empty coffee containers, no refills. Very old and not maintained well facility. Totally thumbs down all the way.

The room was large and clean enough, and the location decent, but a few things were off. One of the bedside lights worked only when the overhead light was on, which was baffling. The fire alarm went off accidentally, but I had to go to the front desk to find out what was going on -- a nearby employee said he would but never returned. I'm not sure what would have happened had there been a real fire. The phone in the room didn't work. The card reader on the entrance door nearest our room stopped working. Any one of these wouldn't have been a big deal, but all of them were quite annoying.

My room was not cleaned during my entire stay . The hotel was sold out all weekend so I understand.

my complaint was no elevator

Sheets smell very bad, my door lock was loose and wasn’t reading the card key. The pool water was very dirty, found several hairs and dead bugs.

First of all, the staff arethieves the front desk lied to me and told me I can get my refund for the last 2 days.I did not stay so they must have sold my room and put the money in their pocket. And told me all I had to do was verify with expedia And then they told Expedia. I used my whole 4 days which was alive because I left on the 2nd day. So if they want to steal my money that's fine but I don't recommend this dirty filthy hotel to anyone. It's more of a motel.👎👎👎👎👎🖕

This hotel smells bad, the bedding had stains there was molds

The lobby, restaurant and bar were inviting and well-maintained (the AC was not working in the lobby); however, the room was rundown. They have replaced the carpet with laminate flooring. I had to have the floor cleaned the day I arrived because it was sticky. There was mold in the shower and visible behind the toilet. There weren’t many electrical sockets, and those that were accessible wouldn’t hold a plug, so I had to prop them up in order for them to stay in the sockets. The hotel only attends to the room if the guest is staying 4 or more days, so I had to ask for coffee packets each day, and I had to switch out my towels daily bc I needed to wash my feet any time I spent time in the room (sticky floor). The instruction handout that I was given at checkin had been copied over so many times that it was difficult to read.

I booked a pool side and didn't get a pool side room. The ice bucket had corn flakes inside of it, we called to ask for a new one and we're told there were no more. The room phone didn't work at all so we could use it to call the desk. The TV remote was broken. The sheets were dirty. The bathtube had a big rust spot in it. The lamp shade was hanging off. Only one room key worked. The key swipes to get in the building barely worked. The pool chairs were falling apart. We had to call to get the wifi password as it wasn't on any of the papers we got or in the room. When I checked out I brought up my concerns and disappointments and was told they couldnt do anything about it that I had to contact hotels.com

The breakfast offerings were excellent. Desk staff was very helpful. The room I had did not have a bathroom fan, or radio/alarm clock.

There was no elevator. My husband had to carry stroller up the stairs.

This has been the best property we have stayed in the PA area. Cris at the restaurant was amazing as well as the rest of the staff in special a young spanish dark hair girl in the housekeeping crew who went out of her way to help us always. Super great experience at this hotel will come back with the family

This hotel was excellent the staff was great our room was great & the breakfast was delicious. The pool was great too i will definitely be back

Other than the hot breakfast - everything about this hotel is terrible. Dirty - smelly - rude front desk staff - and too many truckers.

When I try to rectify with the hotel, they said oh you booked thru Expedia, you have to speak with them. We checked out a day before we were scheduled to because it was so bad. First of all, they charged my card (not pending or on hold) before we even checked in! We were there for 2 days and saw maybe 4 people. Feels so creepy and abandoned 😞 *Shower curtain ripped *Burn holes on the sheets/covers *Only two plugs work *The bed sinks BADD (our poor backs smh) *No elevator therefore you have to walk at least 5 min to your room with your luggage *Looks NOTHING like the pictures on line *We were supposed to have a couch or love seat however there was nothing but an open space and a chair *the resturant was supposed to open at 5 but never opened well not the days we were there. *for it to be a non smoking hotel, it smelled like smoke in the lobby. This was great to stay for one night, with a pet which are hard t o find. Staff wonderful, breakfast wonderful, room clean just a bit outdated/ but updated as well. We had some issues but told staff so they can improve the next stay.

Hotel is very dingy. Outdated. Dirty. Bugs in the room. I mean BUGS. Dead and alive crickets. Rolly Pollies. Spiders. ANTS. BIG BLACK ANTS. Hallways never cleaned. Room was dirty. All the rooms must have had outside doors at one point and the rooms were closed off. Dead bugs all over the room. Outdoor pool needed a good cleaning. No towels and when asked for towels they said staff would bring them around 6:00 pm. This was 1:00pm. Pool was cloudy with big chunks of hair floating. Only positive was the AC in the room was awesome.
