Great beachfront stylish hotel. Location is perfect, parking available ($35/night this trip). Wonderful salt water fish tank in the lobby. Needs a bit of work for 5-star rating. While nice, the linens are worn down and could be much softer. Rough towels feel like they’re very old and that they’ve never seen fabric softener. USB outlets bedside did not work, however one of two USB receptacles located under the TV worked. Breakfast is complimentary though we didn’t eat here, we opted for nearby eateries and coffee shops. Consists of bacon, sausage, eggs, apples, cereal, and waffle makers. What we liked was the breakfast room was open all day so we could get napkins, or plastic silverware if needed. Huge homeless problem outside hotel, we didn’t appreciate them camping against the hotel property, this should be remedied. Great stay, excellent staff, for us however we may prefer nicer hotel with better linens no homeless next time.

Location was perfect for restaurant, bar and beach access! Hotel was clean and comfy, staff was helpful and accommodating.

We just stay at OPI for the first time and we LOVED it. The staff was so accommodating and professional!!! Our room was oceanside and the only thing I will do different next time is ask for an upper floor room so that we can Really take in the ocean view!

What an amazing place to stay! We loved our beachfront room and how convenient everything was! Breakfast had everything you could want, chair and umbrella rentals available thru the hotel was perfect and the beach access was wonderful. The only thing i would change would be to get a top floor room (we were on the second floor) as the people above us were pretty noisy. We are already hoping to come back soon and have recommended the property to others. Perfect stay.

We went to pull the sofa bed out n the Sheets were absolutely filthy.

This is very convenient for beach activities. Restaurants are close and there is a great variety. Need to be prepared for some of the bar noise. It was minimal but noticeable. The boardwalk also can fill up with vendors that may not be appealing for some. There are a few homeless/pan handlers. Everything is still safe, and very clean. Police, fire and lifeguards are all very active for everyone health and safety.

The bathroom was equipped with all the necessary items one would expect, ensuring a pleasant stay. A small refrigerator was a nice addition, allowing me to store snacks and drinks that I could easily enjoy on the lovely patio overlooking the ocean. We loved the hotel room swith an ocean view. close to so many fun things. It felt a little unsafe after dark when the beach walk collected pot smoking music blasting people who couldnt care less about others.
