Not bad for the price, but you get what you pay for. It’s basically a nice motel. No housekeeping services for a 2 night stay, but staff was friendly and there is free breakfast.

Property itself is renovated, clean an and well maintained. Free breakfast is good. Staff is good and kind. Only two issues I saw were that we stayed there for three nights, and room service only came once, not sure why. And the side walks in surrounding area had overgrown trees and grass

I made an reservation for a regular room, but ended up I was given an accessible room which is not what I reserved. I checked in around 7:30 pm. And the front desk told me all sold out and this is the last room available. I am wondering if hotel can't honor what customer chooses, why they put all different category rooms for people to choose?
Everytime I book through expedia and encounter fully booked situation, we are always assigned to handicap room. Not sure what's the policy from hotel to deal with expedia reservation?

We are so pleased with Xavier at the front desk. I left my favorite shoes in our room and called the hotel 2 days later. Xavier went out of his way to return the shoes to me that same day! Xavier was so friendly and professional and we wanted to give him a tip for his help and he said no and was just happy to help us. We can't thank him enough!

Xavier gave exceptional customer service. I appreciated his professionalism. All of the staff were really friendly and nice. Good housekeeping staff. They replenished our towels etc as needed without having to request. Thank you for a good stay!

Our room was very clean and cozy, and the beds were sufficiently comfortable. The front desk agent, Xavier, was very accommodating and helpful, and really made us feel welcomed. He is amazing! We come for U of M sport camps every summer, and we would happily stay here again for all of the above mentioned reasons!
