I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always a good hotel experience. However, now you have to make a reservation to use the pool - maybe it was because of the weekend I stayed recently with so many hockey teams or maybe because it’s shared with the club members as well. Anyways, call early to reserve.
I stayed in a kitchen suite. Nice room. Needs a few more items stocked like a peeler and can opener though. Will stay again.

The staff is nice and helpful but the hotel maintenance is bad. The facility are old and not reasonable at this prices. Hope will improve coming future.😔

Bed was broken. Had to sleep in the middle so I would not fall in the floor. Told Manager, he said ok, and that was it. Room was old and dated. Also, they charge for parking. I would stay somewhere else.

The separated bedroom and sitting room is very nice. The staff on site is very helpful and professional. The first Markham square is within walking distance. Lots of authentic Chinese restaurant near by. The location is perfect if you are in the city for a food hunt.

The room is very spacious and clean! Here’s the list for improvements:
1. Pillows not firm at all.
2. The water pressure is too low.
3. The water temperature does not stay.

Only stayed one night but found it very nice. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The food at the restaurant was good but I found it very expensive.

2 things I would recommended: have extra blankets in the rooms and an extra towel bar in the bathrooms. Super clean rooms and very cozy.

Rooms are very dated. There shouldn’t be carpets in a pet friendly hotel. We had to call down for room service twice before they came to our room. Then they didn’t mop the bathroom even tho we asked for it to be cleaned. Other than that our experience was pleasant. Breakfast was good and the staff is friendly.

Only stayed 2 day of the 10days. Trashed was not empty (had a face mask and a partial cookie in waste basket. The shower had no door only half a panel and water was going all over the floor. The shower head had a leak on the handle. Reported to front desk and they sent maintenance to repair it. This is my second time staying at this hotel. This time was a little disappointing.

The property as a whole was just on. Needs a better cleaning. We had a king suite and the carpet in the tiny office has stains. The shower was updated with a tub insert and it was soft so when standing it felt squishy.

I would prefer that Hilton could supply bottle water to every guest but not only to Diamond, silver or gold members and charged $2.5 to non member guests. Already paid high rate for the room but no bottle water supplied.

Rooms were very dirty, first room had clogged shower drain and after switching rooms, there was a lot of garbage under the couch and beds.
As an example, under one bed was a crusted baby milk bottle and under the other bed was a bottle cap with tissues and trash.
House keeping did not really clean either of the rooms we stayed in.
