Love this hotel, the location on Richmond Hill is absolutely stunning. Rooms are comfortable and the hotel itself is cosy and lovely. Away from the hustle and bustle of central London but easily connected with nearby bus stop and train station.

We landed at 6:30 and arrived at 8 am just hoping to store our bags and head out. Were pleasantly surprised that our room was available! The staff helped us with cars and advice. They were terrific. Bed and pillows were so comfy. Was a bit of a walk into Richmond proper but enjoyed it. And it's super close to Richmond Park. We loved our stay. Wish we had a reason to be in the UK again soon so we could stay here again.

This would have been the best stay, staff excellent, so helpful, gorgeous building and excellent breakfast. Unfortunately there was an issue with our AC which meant it could only centrally be switched on and off, and having the windows open allowed for some intense electronic beeping and whirring noises from what looked like an electrical plant outside our room.
Sadly that didn't aid good sleep.

I do not recommended because the staff and the reseption reject to help me when it was a problem with my transport to the examen area where I came to London for it.

Everything was excellent except a/c unit and tv wasn’t working. The staff moved on fixing it right away. I would definitely stay there again

This was our second visit to the Richmond Hill Hotel and all was good. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was great. It's a hotel we will return too.

We had a wonderful stay the night before our wedding - and it was a magical evening for the bridal party. The staff assigned to our room was so amazing - would 100% stay again. The breakfast was also incredible!!

Another fine stay at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have come across at a hotel. Location is outstanding, opposite the views from Richmond Hill with Richmond Park almost next door.
