arrived for the night as i head across canada to home. checking in i had mentioned that the hotels.com booking said 'view' and the hotel was giving me a 'partial view'. the lady at reception said it was a mistake and hotels.com got it wrong...not my problem, please honour my booking i requested and got a view overlooking the shopping mall parking lot from the top floor (8th) and "partial" lake...still a view i guess other than looking over the water fully.
i suggest delta/marriott and hotels.com meet and correct the "mistakes"?...other than that little glitch, the room was comfy, nice bed and clean bathroom. luckily this hotel has a starbucks in the lobby so you can get a better cup of coffee than these horrible pods and machine in the room which i highly doubt are thoroughly cleaned every once and a while.

Comfortable beds but staff were noisy in the morning. Housekeeping started a 8 AM and it was very loud with the constant loud sound of running water and housekeeping banging around in the hallways .

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Great view of St. Mary’s River. Amenities are great; the Starbucks, restaurant inside and another outside on patio, nice pool area.
It wasn’t their fault that the night before we got there a bride hung up her wedding dress on the sprinkler system nozzle which broke and flooded part of the floor, so there were many industrial fans running near our door.

The hotel and staff are great. However the area just up the block is very rough. Graffiti everywhere and homeless people coming right up to you and begging for money. I would definitely not recommend wandering around after dark and never alone.

We loved our stay at this Delta hotel. It has resort like vibes, especially in the summer. Situated on the river, the hotel offers beautiful views. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff were friendly and professional. 10/10.

Face towel has long hair stuck in there, shower curtain messed up, not really organized and cleaned, lamp on the desk did not work, then I called, staff came and repaired it. The next night, it didn’t work again. Guess what, around 2:30am it turned on by itself!!’ Creepy.
