The NH is a perfect place to stay to see Sintra, the Pena Palace and the Palacio Nacional. Great service, food and drinks and great location.

Very nice. Excellent location. Staff very helpful. Wonderful having a balcony. Breakfast was refreshing and had a good variety. Unfortunately pipes made noise all day and night but still enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was s located just 200 feet away from the central historical square of Sintra.
If one arrives with a rental car the special passcode from the hotel is needed to enter the area..
The standard rooms are clean and neat even though a bit tight. Breakfast has many options based on your preference.

Great location, just a short walk to the town center.
The room was spacious for two people. I booked a suite since my husband and I flew in from California and we weren't on a good sleep schedule. The larger room allowed us to sleep (or be awake) without disturbing the other.
The room itself was quite nice and well appointed.
Happy we chose this place.

Excellent hotel. Centrally located. Very nice room with balcony overlooking the valley below. Comfy bed, large room. Very clean. Nice balcony to have a drink on the side of the hotel overlooking the countryside. Good food. Happy hour.

A lovely hotel situated in the heart of the historic center. I loved the view from the balcony of the castle above. A wonderful homebase while exploring all that Sintra has to offer.

The hotel is truly central - walk out the door and you are at the National Palace and Plaza. The staff was excellent - so accommodating. Everything was grand!

The check in was not a straight forward. We were stuck on the road for almost 15 minutes not knowing what to do.Prior to that,They’ve sent me a link to get an access code to open the barrier on the entrance. I don’t check my emails whilst on my vacation. Not recommending this place.

What an amazing town and amazing hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful and helped round out a most perfect stay in Sintra. The room was spacious, clean and welcoming. Provided a 'welcome' snack and bottle of wine which just shows a lot of class and made them stand out among the hotels we've stayed at along the way. Highly recommend.
