Beds were very uncomfortable. Continental breakfast was minimal without much variety. Staff was kind and helpful.

Waited for 20 minutes to even have someone come to get us checked in... We check in with 2 small dogs that cost $20 EACH to find out we were on the 2nd floor & no elevator. I asked if they had any first floor rooms. With a dirty look and an attitude, I received a hard no. Once we arrived to our room on 2nd floor, we found a man in there trying to enjoy a show on TV... he was kind, we were embarrassed. Go back to the desk with our dogs, luggage & kid to still receive attitude. I definitely would have left if my room wasn't pre-paid & we couldn't be reimbursed. Instead, we will be sure not to come back or refer the place.

Very outdated. Room is small with an extra small bathroom. The bed has a metal frame that was very loud. The pool was small. Hot tub was average size but splashed everywhere because the here were powerful. It was not relaxing. Employees ate the breakfast and we didn't get to have any the because most items were out.

Breakfast choices we disappointing at best. Rate for one night was asinine. Floor lamp didn't work. Shower head leaked and sprayed all over the wall. Door latch only had 1 screw securing it.

The pool was filthy, you could see tons of dirt in it. The hot tub was dirty too but not as bad as the pool, very disgusting.
The photos online look wayyy better than reality. The continental breakfast is one of the worst, including the waffle maker. The batter was so thin, but even though it was so thin, the grill wasn't hot enough to cook it and was gooey in the center and didn’t eat. I told the front desk and he went to "fix it" tried to make another waffle and still gooey. The cereal was almost empty and looked old. No fruit, lack of any options to eat. You get what you paid for..
The plus though, its close to the main strip (tons of great shopping) and great AC.

So we got a new room, of which the bedding was clean BUT ALL the lamp shades in both rooms were cracked and busted up, the air conditioner smelt musty. Just not a nice place, the pictures on the web are not even close to what the place looks like or offers.

I stayed at this motel before it was quiet like it was for the last 4 days the swimming pool was nice I enjoyed myself at that motel

Rooms was not good, bathroom door was hard to close , room did not get refreshed even after asking . Towels and toilet paper was not refilled.

I’m glad there was a pool and breakfast to be positive; however did not like the baby cockroach found in the bathroom on the checkout day of our stay.
