The stay its self was nice. Not too far from the train station. Close to other attractions. There is a restaurant in the building that has 3.2 Stars. So we didn’t even try it. And I’d say the breakfast, which we paid $8 each for, was very telling about the quality of food. Worst powdered eggs I’ve ever had. However, the evening clerk was amazing, fast, efficient, relatable, flexible and kind. I’d stay there again to work with him.

Clean, comfortable, very nice place. The only con was accessing from highway. A bit tricky, no left turn into entry.

The room was much smaller than I expected. Not much room for being in the room after the usual 2 beds, dresser, chairs, etc. I left an item behind, and offered to pay to have it shipped back. I called in the evening after I arrived at home, and was told I would have to call the next day to speak to a manager, as the employee didn’t know the log in to their I left my stuff behind site…$8 breakfast was the same continental breakfast as other hotels offer at no charge-cold eggs, weird meat sausage, cold French toast, waffles, juice machine, cold cereal, toast/bread, prepackaged muffins, etc.

The staff was great, the room was nice, the elevator was an issue. It apparently breaks down every weekend and that is not cool. You have 2 elevators and both were broken down. The attached restaurant was not anything to write home about either. We were not impressed with the smokehouse. I can’t say enough about you day and evening staff the really rocked it. Literally the best I’ve encountered in all my travels and I travel a lot. Your overnight girl … that’s typical for what we usually encounter. Lazy, won’t come to the counter, those of us checking out at 4 am had to go back to the little room behind the desk to get her. She was back there with head phones on watching something on her phone. Apparently we disturbed her.

Booked adjoining rooms since we we traveling as a family. They “overbooked” and gave the adjoining room away, even though we confirmed twice that we had adjoining rooms. Nothing was done to accommodate or remedy the situation. Put a damper on a family weekend.

Safe. Plumbing is bad in shower. The faucet just spun round and round. Hard to comtrol temperature.

Air conditioner did not work so it was very hot in the room. Hotel did not offer us a new room instead offered us a fan.
