Let's first say Muncie is an AT&T town. Verizon cellular data was rough. The internet in this hotel was even rougher. I planned on spending time working however after less than one meg up and down from the hotel and an hour and half on support with Verizon, I gave up. I brought up the wifi issue with one of the hotel staff, but obvious he wasn't technical. It was obvious they didn't have business grade wifi equipment installed (2 different SSID's) and I'm in IT. Room wasn't bad, but can tell it's an Indian owned hotel as the paint jobs were quickly done. Also found hotels.com charges more than the hotel does directly.

For the love of God do not stay at this place it is filthy disgusting horrible service and chip can't say again how dirty and disgusting this place is I would love to tell you more but it would be a novel. Don't stay here you will regret it I promise!! Don't do it!! This gross and disgusting!!!

The pool was out of service to start off the stay. The fan in the bathroom could not be used as it made a horrible grinding noise. The worst was the shower. When taking a shower the faucet came off and shot into the tub, leaving a jet of water shooting out from the hole. I was able to fit the faucet back on and hold it in place with my hand until I felt it would stay in place so I could finish my shower. My wife was not as lucky the faucet shot off at her as well and she did not get a shower. I told the front desk about both problems. I said it was a safety issue as we were a lucky large metal faucet shooting at our bare feet did not cause an injury. The response. "Ok" No apologie or attempt to make things right. When we returned to the room at night someone had spilled a whole bowl of Fruit Loops down the hallway. This mess was still there when we checked out at 10:30am. Check out was also a pain. No one was at the front desk. I could have just left, but I wanted to remind them that they had to fix the faucet before giving the room to another guest. There was a phone to call for service. No one answered or returned to help guests check out at their own check out time for 20 minutes.

I felt unsafe in the Hotel because the lock in my room was broke. There was no coffee pot at first but I asked for one. No much of a breakfast But everything else was great.

The property didn’t look like the pictures . Needs a lot of updating . For the price you can find better.

This is an older hotel and it shows. I didn't expect brand new, but I expected clean. It wasn't clean and there were no towels in my room. Even the hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months. I wouldn't have stayed if I had a choice.

This hotel is filthy!!!!!! Every area from the lobby to every inch of the room was disgusting! Would not recommend!!

Room light bulb dead, shower hardware missing, plumbing loose, think bath towels , no wash clothes...cereal and waffle breakfast. 3 world accommodations.

The room smelled. The room was also very damp. Awful towels and no house keeping for 4 days.

This is a 2 star facility at best. Pool is closed for repairs, and it appears it’s been closed for a while from the faded printing on the paper at the front desk, though Expedia advertised it with a pool. Shower has mold easily visible and paint from the ceiling dripped into the tub and nobody ever cleaned it up so now it’s basically permanent on the plastic. Door handles partially painted, trim partially painted like a landlord who doesn’t care about his property and just wants to get renting. A piece of toilet paper stuffed into the door peep hole, ripped sheet turned up on top by the maid right where your neck goes. And a fowl stench throughout and the 2nd floor, stairway doors are propped open with towels to help air flow I’m guessing. Maybe they recently had a fire or someone died in a room, but again this is a very low quality facility so I won’t be returning for $123.00 plus taxes. Very disappointed as it is not as advertised, and we have yet to see what breakfast looks like as I’m booked non-refundable with Expedia so we are here for the night.

The room was not very clean at all. Bathtub had dirt and hair in it. The bed skirt had something spilled down the side. The refrigerator had something spilled in it. The microwave was filthy. Although there are only two floors there still wasn’t any elevator. One ice machine in the main lobby. There is a thick plexiglass separating you and desk clerk that made it very difficult to hear and understand. Very impersonal! You get what you pay for on this one. Never again.

Well rhe pool is closed during summer due too the heater not working. But isee here that it has been that way along time. The breakfast was waffles, stale bread, hostess oatmeal pies, cereal, and 1, yes 1 brown orange. The carpet is wavy and dangerous if you don't see it. No elevator. The desk people are very unfriendly. Never again.
