Hotel is older but very clean. We stayed in the suite with a kitchenette. Housekeeping was very kind and helpful. The ladies doing the breakfast were amazing and so accomodating with my kids. We stayed for 2 nights and overall had a great experiences.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, well stocked and many choices. Hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. Pool area was nice. Parking lot was well lit.

There was a strong odor in our room that was not in the halls or other parts of the building. Checkin staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast food was a good variety, but staff unhelpful. I went to front desk to inform them breakfast room was out of forks. There were 3 workers behind the checkin desk and one worker in front of the desk. They were all engaged in conversation. The employee on the outside of the desk said, “They are on the other side.” She then repeated those same words. I didn’t know “the other side” of what?? There was a door open with employee related items, and I thought maybe she meant the other side of the door. But as a non-employee I was uncomfortable stepping into that room. I eventually found forks, and replaced the empty canister for all the people coming into the room for breakfast. The employee eventually came in and was frustrated that there were indeed already forks there. No one in the room spoke up, and neither did I, to inform her that I put those forks there. I was uncomfortable with the treatment towards me and happy to have found a resolution for the other guests. It was all awkward. This isn’t worth anyone getting in trouble for, but probably worth a conversation explaining to employees that when they are engaged in personal conversation with coworkers, that they might need to pause and assist their guests. It’s great to see employees able to relax and converse with fellow workers. But we did pay and deserve service.

This is going to be our go to place to stay from now on when we are in the area. Clean facilities, friendly staff, soft beds, pool, and the free breakfast is pretty good as well.

We are so impressed with our room. It has a kitchenette and ʼany amenities that we hadnʼt expected. Only thing I wished we would have known that there was an AMA discount. 89.00 a room. Needless to say we booked another night through the hotel desk! Breakfast was great. Pool was nice! We will come again!
