Check in was a bit frustrating because I booked two rooms and there ws some confusion. There were also NO ROOM CARTS available for both check in and check out. Not even sure where they could all have been? Clean and comfortable room.

Everything was amazing, only complaint, they couldn’t provide change to use the laundry facilities. Disappointed.

Great hotel, just two disappointments. They are having elevator problems, seems one elevator on each set is not functioning, so this makes you wait forever for the elevator. The other disappointment was the cleaning crew in the lobby. I was working at a workspace couther in the lobby and a cleaning person was cleaning the counter around me, and mopping the floor around and under my stool. I was trying to compose a difficult document and this was very distracting.

We had been using this property for the last 9 years is this not good enough then what? Excellent, friendly staff, great food, convenience, clean, lot of shopping and restaurants.

Everything nice, except tub and toilet had issues, drain was clogged. Maintenance guy comes and fixed, also services employees not that friendly. Breakfast and evening snacks were very nice.

For the very high price that I was charged this hotel had very little value. The elevator was old and extremely small and slow and half the the time didn't work. There was no problem with the staff but this hotel is no way a 4 star. Never again

The property needs to be updated , the elevators are big problem , they are old and not enough for big crowd , during my stay 2 of them were not working and it was frustrating to wait for long time to use the working elevators. I will not stay in this hotel next time

Poor AC units. Outdated. Assistant General Manager was rude.

The elevators wasn’t working properly

It was very crowded, there were very few tables and chairs for breakfast, and the reception center was a woman who behaved very badly, but there was a man who was a very kind person.

The hotel was great! Location was easy to locate and plenty of parking spaces.

Service at check in was fast and friendly per usual, room was clean and ready to go, the happy hour was great for a drink and cards before dinner(although snacks were also available) breakfast was great before a long day! We always find an embassy to stop at but we do love this one for our suburb stops!

Check in at 4:00. No rooms available until 5:00. Elevators took nine minutes to get to lobby to go up. No air flow inside. Basically a sauna. Got inside room. Looked nice. Office chair was left with gunk on it. Embassy’s Suit’s van was parked out front the hotel the entire weekend, couldn’t even use the drop off spot because one of their employees wanted to park there, for 3 days.

Don’t let the pictures online fool you. Our room didn’t look anything like the pictures advertised. We had a king with a pull-out bed. Starting with the king room- the ceiling was peeling and looked like like the plaster was going to fall at any second, there was a large stain on the curtain, questionable if the sheets had been changed and the room didn’t look as if it was vacuumed. The bathroom was incredibly small and dirty- water spots on mirror and hair in the shower and on the floor. We had one hand towel and 2 bath towels for 4 people. Come on! The main room with the pull-out- there were wrappers under the bed and no sheets, blankets or pillows to make the bed. Super frustrating to have to ask for extra towels and sheets late at night when they should have been in the room. The elevators were super slow because one side only had one working. The happy hour could really use some better snack choices. Adults don’t want to eat goldfish crackers and trail mix! Do better!
