Good overall but very outdated, the tub plug was broken and the bathroom door would not shut, the door was literally too big for the frame. Breakfast was pitiful

Normally, the room was not bad. But I'd experienced two or three times miss communications with front about a room cleaning. Except that, this hotel seems cost- effective. And you can not go around without a carafter entering the room.

Wonderful! Margarita was very friendly and helpful!! Two concerns… no listings for tv channels and wanted more of continental breakfast! Very quiet! Suggestion a folder in room with hotel info and area attractions!!

The place was dirty and smells smoke in the rooms. Bath tub was disgusting. I called the staff and they told me there’s nothing wrong with it. Don’t waste your money.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was a bit outdated but pretty clean. We weren’t familiar with the area so didn’t want to drive to eat. No walking options. Ordered take-out and it was Denton our room! Great little breakfast. Nice people.

Ample parking for trailers. Friendly staff. "Cold" breakfast not the best in this day and age. Rt 4 out front is a nightmare with Geo Wash Bridge traffic congestion 24/7

The hotel was at the tries to have a pool and it’s been close. We were unable to use the pool and that’s the reason why we rented this place all other than that everything looks old. The elevator is old . The room was clean.

After driving all the way there from Suffolk county king island I was told my staff the pool was not accessible due to flooding that occurred on Tuesday that no one made anyone aware of at the time of booking not to mention all of this happened on my birthday my birthday was completely ruined after a 3 hour drive there I sat in the car for another 4 hours while they tried to find another hotel with a pool which they were not able to then finally at 10 pm they wouldn’t even allow me to check in the room I had to be issued a refund I was told I would receive in 7-10 business days there was mold all over the bathroom unflushed feces in the toilets in the woman’s bathroom tissue all over the floor to be hours away from home on my birthday stuck in a filthy hotel parking lot for hours just to have to find somewhere to go at 10 pm ruined my whole entire birthday I wanted to get away for my birthday to be ready for my aunts funeral which is Wednesday August 14th this was the worst birthday ever my sister died 4 months before her 37th birthday I turned 37 yesterday for the both of us and it was ruined by Expedia and that disgusting hotel
