Outside was dirty and old. There was trash all thrown outside one of the rooms. Staff was unfriendly. My wife is handicap and they put us in a second floor room and never told us the elevator didn’t work.

The air conditioner did not work! The telephone did not have a cord to connect to the wall. Television was limited. Area was okay but hotel was horrible

It’s was ok . Ask for a cash deposit. The room I got was small . Saw 2 small bugs .

The elevator was broken so I had to lug my toddler and suitcase up the stairs, then the key didn't work, so I had to carry it all back downstairs and up again. Immediately on entering the room there were roaches scurrying across the floor and they were all over the bathroom.

Not the most luxurious place to stay but if you just need a place to lay your head it’s def a truckers spot. Good thing is that it’s well lit and near hwy20. Also a lot of places to eat and Walmart is less than 4 miles away. Probably won’t stay again but for the price it’s def you get what you pay for. Staff was very nice and accommodating and it appears they try to take care of the property as I saw people working on the rooms etc.

Not a great stay there were baby roaches crawling out of the bathroom my tv was broken the elevator and ice machine was broken. i had to get my key reset 6 times out of the 3 days i was there would not recommend unless you were homeless

The lady at the front desk Donta was so polite and pleasant to meet made you feel safe and welcome she went beyond her duties to make sure I was happy and I was that lady need to be recognized and she needs a raise she is amazing red roof don't lose that employee she is great

The service was incredible, however the room had quite a few insect issues. There was an issue with my key card not working with the door, but the employee in the lobby was quick to help. Overall, the staff was wonderful, but the rooms could use a little pest control.

There was a huge gap under the door I’m sure that allowed the bug in. I paid in full and have it received a days refund yet. My neighbors had a dog that barked all night and the other neighbors had their tv loud all night. Overall horrible stay!!
