Our room was enormous and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff on reception was helpful and friendly. Close to the historic center of town, and to the train station as well.

A great stay. Have hotels.com gold status and this is a VIP hotel, so got a room upgrade to a beautiful junior suite.
Unfortunately we weren’t told what the €20 credit could and couldn’t be used for so left it untouched and unused at check out, even though we paid a balance of over €50 at the end of our stay. Be warned!

Arriving at this hotel you are immediately greeted by the happy bellman. Check in was a breeze. Our room was A+++. High quality bed linens, immaculately cleaned and well appointed. Restaurant on premises was superb and beautiful. Short walk from train and downtown. If you come to Bologna this is the hotel to stay!

Nice large room, luxury hotel, amazing breakfast buffet included. A 15 minute walk to city center/Piazza Maggiore and 7 minute walk to the central train station.

We reserved 2 rooms. Beds and linens were comfortable and service good. Property needs an overhaul and is looking aged. Spa was excellent and worth the extra expense from 5-9.

Wonderful hotel. Rooms are spacious and lovely. Great breakfast and easy walk to Bologna Centrale in 12 minutes. Would stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect walking distance to train station as well as main piazza / restaurant area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Clean and well-kept hotel!
