Half an hour‘s waiting time for checkin is too much. Noise of the lifts most of the time. Not really loud but annoying. Excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

The location is very convenient, close to the train station, overall the hotel and service are good, the room is clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Staff were helpful. 2 min walk from Damntor HBF. 10 min walk to supermarked. U bahn was only 3 min walk

Poor welcome put a damper on an otherwise excellent stay. I want to preface this by saying that I am not super sensitive about bacteria or anything, the experienxe is just indicative of what I percieve as poor service. Entering the hotel, I wanted to disinfect my hands after the journey, but the container at the entry was empty. While then checking in, the aloof receptionist was sniveling through the procedure which reminded me again to disinfect my hands. So I ask him where I can find some disinfectant, since the one at the door is out. He first starts talking about something completely different, before asking "what was your question again?“. He then takes me to the doorman (and doesn't explain the situation) who says "there's a dispenser at the entrance", to which I respond "no, it's out". The guy then says "we'll refill it by tomorrow", which of course doesn't help me in that moment.... Was the dispenser ever refilled, you ask. No, it stayed empty for the duration of my stay. The lack of "thinking" and service-mindedness was astounding for a hotel of this caliber.

A room next to the elevators is never good news. Add an aircon that cannot keep up with the warm september sun and curtains that smell of cigarette smoke.. Thats not the room you want and a very price!

Most staffs are friendly, especially the guest relation Manager is really helpful and friendly.

Fantastic hotel. Morning buffet to crowded and kit of noise

Excellent stay although am annoyed that you pay extra for another bed when you have declared that there are three of you one is a child and several hotels on this trip have assumed that a 12 year old will share the bed with the adults ..it looks like future trips I will have to book 3 adults ... This was not the case with all hotels . But when booking on a comparison site is a hit bad when on a budget then you find you have to pay extra!! An expense not taken into consideration when booking ..

Nice hotel, they originally had deleted my booking and had to sort out the issue. They gave me free drinks at the bar whilst they sorted it. Nice hotel, nice and friendly staff.

Great hotel in a very good location, close to train and underground stations. Few minutes walk from the city center. It is a business focused hotel but also good for a private vacation.
