The front desk was very nice and hospitable. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty options for provided for a hot breakfast.

Not a great stay. Charged for parking and we did not have a car/parking. They did not have shampoo or bath wash. Asked for towels, shampoo, and bath wash and they did not have any. Rooms are not cleaned thoroughly.

The hotel is outdated. The sofa in the rooms smell awful. We had 2 rooms during the stay. The hotel smells like mold. The furniture in the lobby is also stained. There were no bedding available for the pullout. The staff was wonderful.

Staff was nice. Room had mold and mildew in the bathroom and living area. Carpets and tile floors always wet/damp. Not a healthy environment. Was told no ofher rooms were available. Will never stay here again

We travel to Baton Rouge for business once or twice a year and we've been staying at the Embassy Suites for the last 6 or so visits. We love the location, the hotel layout and rooms, and the breakfast.
However, the rooms are starting to show their age. Our ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water due to the AC.
The first maintenance person emptied the overflow tray but didn't fix the problem. The next day was the same issue with water all over the bathroom. The 2nd maintenance person fixed it. We probably won't stay here again until they update the rooms.

Lots of signs of wear and poor upkeep. Poor paint repairs, rails falling in elevator, rusted door knobs, corroded showers, pillows hard like rocks, and bed was so soft uncomfortable.

The check in process was great and seemless. The rooms however our outdated. The toilet barely flushed and we had to continue to ask for towel for 3 people. Breakfast was just ok but for the short trip we had the overall hotel experience was just ok.
I'm not sure I would book again if i have another option I may not.

Mrs Chelmire the front desk lead was amazing. She went over and beyond for me. I came in from Houston and she made my stay so pleasant and so I look forward when I’m in town visiting my family to stay here and have here book all my rooms

I really like this property and have stayed several times. This time I felt the room was just a little bit on the older side and I did not care for the shower/bathroom at all. The room ac was also on the warm side. Maybe just a bad room. I’ll give them another shot once back in BR.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely nice! Our housekeeper never came to fill up our hair conditioner after requesting and towel shortage too. Shower was missing a light cover which seemed a little unsafe. Bartender was great. Omelette bar was great. Front desk was great.

The property is old, needs upgrades. The chairs in the lounging area sinks down, needs cushion, sofa in the suite area was squeaky and needs replacing, toilets are out of date, low to the floor, mattress on bed was not comfortable on the left side, needs work. Staff were very nice, especially Ms. Cynthia at the front desk, she takes pride in her job.

The facility is very old and outdated. The rooms have an old mildew oder. The elevators seemed to be on their last leg. My room had a dirty sock made up in the bed. The floor had not been vacuumed and the bathtub and toilet had dirt rings in them. I asked to have the room cleaned when I came back I had new towels bed made and the dirty sock on the floor not vacuumed and rings still there! I
