This hotel worked well for us. The check in was perfect. I would stay again. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. Had dinner at Casa Bella which was amazing!

During my stay I experienced a bed bug in my room luckily I wasn’t laying in the bed at the time I of course called front desk immediately, unfortunately no one came up to the room too see with their own eyes what I saw.. I had to go back to front desk with all of my belongings to be accommodated they gave me a new room but directly under the pervious room I had so of course I wasn’t accepting that then I was offered complementary breakfast but I would of appreciated an upgraded room if anything.

Areas that need improvement are the carpet in the room was worn by the desk and lounging chair, the lounging chair had stains on it, the bed spread had stains on it as well. One of the elevators was out of order which made for a long walk to our room. The only working elevator was also extremely slow. The air conditioner worked good but was extremely noisy.

- room had not been vacuumed, and pointing this out did not help much - staff did not want to move furniture to clean underneath and had no equipment to clean properly in corners etc. we asked to borrow the machine and cleaned the room ourselves as best we could.
- baby cot had been pre-ordered via email agreement but was not delivered until asked for. when delivered, it could barely stand up straight, let alone accommodate a child. we needed to arrange a pack n play from friends instead.
- elevator out of order 8 of 10 days, causing frustrating detours in the hallways..
- both key cards simultaneously deactivated 2 days before check-out

We just stayed there last weekend and it was okay, but the second floor hallway has no air conditioning and then one night we came and housekeeping ever cleaned the room.Which we never left a sign on the door that said that we didn't want it to be cleaned

I liked that it was quiet, comfy beds, room was clean and had a nice side view of the outside pool. You need a wristband to swim, which we weren't offered or told upon check in so had to go back and get them. We also went told the wifi password or when breakfast would be served, or how was our stay.. the basics
Staff was nice though. The hallways I pretty dark though and could a bit more lighting. Our shower curtain was broken at both ends , breakfast was not bad though could've had more options to choose from. The stair Wells look out of date and some of the parking lot needs to be given new tar and looks worn. Pool was great but could be skimmed out a bit more
