My room had to get switched three times

Staff was very friendly. Construction usually does not bother me, but maybe a heads up that the downstairs was torn up and the pool was out of commission. The room was clean and fine, there was zero shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the shower caddies and they only provided a little tube of lotion and body wash on the sink. The toilet ran nonstop unless I opened the lid and pushed the flapper down. The staff was great and the breakfast was good.

Even with construction going on, the place was very clean. The room was clean, comfortable and beautiful.

While I appreciated the warm hospitality provided by your reception team, I encountered several issues that detracted from our overall experience. Firstly, the early morning construction noise was quite disruptive. Drilling began as early as 7:30 AM, even on the weekend, which was surprising given that the hotel was fully booked. I understand the necessity of renovations, but perhaps these could be scheduled to start later in the day to minimize disturbance to guests. Additionally, our room was missing a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign, which we had to request multiple times before receiving one on our final night. We also found the amenities in our room to be lacking; for instance, we were provided with only one decaffeinated tea bag and no kettle, necessitating a makeshift solution for hot water. The provision of just a single roll of toilet paper for a four-day stay was similarly inconvenient. The breakfast setup was also less than ideal with the dining area under construction, forcing guests to navigate through hallways to an alternate room. The limited food options and the quality of the coffee were disappointing. Furthermore, I was surprised by the $150 security deposit and the discrepancy between the checkout time communicated to us and what was listed. It would be helpful for such information to be clearly outlined and consistent to avoid any confusion.

Renovations were going on. The noise was so bad they had to change me to a new room the new room did not have hot water and the new room was by the dump that they were using to discard construction material. Also, it was by the highway. It was so bad I had to leave the hotel for my entire last day!

It was not clean good at all, I went to cvs and bought cleaning supplies

Everything is new, new carpets and flooring. Hotel is being renovated.

The incidental fee is $150..like WHAT!!? They refunded it the same day, so that was good but GEREEZ... Also, the water in the shower was SOOOOOO hot!! I like hot showers but I got BOILED! They're currently switching over to a Hilton, Good luck!!

Several family groups stayed at the hotel. Had planned an evening gathering in the lobby which looked lovely on the website. Especially didn’t want to leave the hotel because one person was 88 years old. When we arrived we saw that the lobby was closed for construction. Pool closed as well. We had to drive to another venue for the evening.

i liked the amenities and the staff was extremely nice i was able to recieve help from all staff.

the toilet was dirty in our room which doesn’t match the reviews i’ve seen of the rooms cleanliness and the dispensers in the shower were empty no soap or shampoo.

There was no heating on December 09th, 2023 in suit 425. It was very cold and when called reception since it was too cold to sleep, was asked to move to a different room at 2am since no one is there to fix it. That was disappointing

Breakfast was good, the location was easy to access! The personel was very friendly and took good care of us.

We had to change room as our previous had an issue. The cleaninless of the new room was not great but it was comfortable.

The hotel rules regarding the disposal of trash by guests, which involves leaving it in the corridor, should be changed. Some guests leave garbage that is not properly sealed, resulting in an unpleasant scene and a bad smell in the air.

The facility it’s was nice and the location was great

Although the facility was nice and clean Simone pooped in the pool so I was not able to enjoy the pool at all

The staff could have been a little friendlier. The first staff member we encountered was super friendly and made us feel warm. While the other 2 staff members were kind of judging in their demeanor when both asking and answering our questions. Only after we built rapport with them, did they take down their mental barriers. We'd prefer to be simply treated as human beings and not be treated differently for any superficial reason. This was our only issue. So, if your management can make sure that your team effectively treats all people equally, regardless of physical characteristics, that would be perfect.

I liked that people were friendly at the pool. I enjoyed how long the pool was open.

The breakfast was not tasty. I also did not like that check out times were not clearly stated. We were told we could do a late check out time without an additional charge.

Room was very clean. We were impressed with the size and features. Appreciated that the counter and sink were separate from the room with toilet and bath/shower. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was good too.

We could hear the people in the next room. They were playing loud music quite late.

The bed was comfortable.

The water took a long time to warm up. No daily housekeeping.
