Great stay, only thing is that the shower didn’t have a consistent flow of hot water, it would turn hot to cold to warm. Other than that it was great… wait wait no hot tub wasn’t filled in which was sucky.

Absolutely stunning jacuzzi bathroom in the king suite! A must for friend groups or couples. Clean facilities

The environment is quiet and safe, and the staff are warm and considerate, but the facilities are old and broken. When I got up from the bed the next day, I felt sore all over. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Other facilities were also damaged. The towels were worn and thin. This is not in line with the hotel grade. , the cleaning work can be better, there should be no hair stains everywhere, my family and I have stayed here every year when we come to SIOUX CITY, but this year we found bad changes, disappointed, hoping to return to the previous state.

The bed was so comfortable! There was a coffee sho on site so my morning coffee was just an elevator away. I was also very impressed with the gym.

Everything was top notch except the toilet paper, which resembled sandpaper. Cannot ding the place for that alone though.

This was a business trip, nine day stay. Had an issue with the entry into the room on day #5, batteries needed changed on the fob door lock. Two days later was locked inside the room for 2.5 hours, hotel had to call a locksmith to try to get the door unlocked. The room air conditioning would not go below 75. Hotel moved me to a different room that day, when i returned to the room that evening, the key fobs would not work again! Maintenance had to open the door. I was just thankful not to suffer from anxiety or there wasn't any emergency that required me to need to get out quickly. Hotel did comp me one nights stay for the inconvenience.

Was a nice hotel, parking was very good especially with have a truck and trailer. I will say I paid $10-15 extra whatever it was for a river view and I got scammed I was placed right in trees so couldn’t even see the river.

My room was around the corner from the lobby check in desk and next to the elevators. The location was very noisy. I would not accept a similar room again.

The beds, including the pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. The pool needed to be cleaned and the towels needed to be replenished. Our air conditioning in our room did not work and it was an extremely hot day. We contacted the front desk and the front desk seemed aware that there had been issues. They offered a suggestion for how to adjust the thermostat in our room to make the air work, but their suggestion did not resolve the issue. They said they could send maintenance up with a fan. They then called back and said that maintenance couldn't find a fan. Neither of us slept well because we were so incredibly hot. When we spoke with the employee at checkout about this, her only solution to resolve the issue was to offer each of us a bottle of water.
