There was loud banging in the lobby area on one of the nights of our stay beginning about 4 am and continuing for at least an hour. Our room was near the lobby but this should have been taken into consideration for the nearby guests. This was not acceptable.
The staff was helpful but stingy with towels.

Property could use some modernization, but otherwise it was perfect. Clean, smelled good, staff was amazing and accommodating to our needs and the needs of our family. Definitely a gold star for the staff, both day and night.

Room was small, especially the bathroom. Hardy any space in the bathroom to set out toiletries, makeup, etc.
Ask for a room that would minimize steps needed to get to the room from an entrance. I made this request when I booked the room. We were given a room the the longest distance from either entrance. Not very kind to a person who has mobility problems.

The beds weren’t comfortable at all was like sleeping on a brick and the rooms need to be updated was stains in the carpet and places in the walls that need to fixed the correct way

Room was fine. Staff weren’t bad, just new. Breakfast was okay, biscuits were cold. But overall it served its purpose and provided a comfortable place to sleep and provided a breakfast. I would stay here again.

It took almost 30 minutes to get checked in in three different clerks. I’m wondering if it’s because of the way I booked it I’ve never had a problem before with Expedia cause that’s what they were blaming it on.
