Phone didn't work. Shower had a huge leak- water came spraying out of the top of the shower head and sprayed all over the back bathroom wall, the toilet and the floor. No iron or ironing board. Bed was comfortable enough. Room was a ittle old, but basically clean.

Damp, smelly with gross cleaner in the dampness. No sound on cbs channel on tv, remote to tv had batteries hanging out. No clock and couldn’t set clock on microwave, was broke. Slimey in tub when took shower. Only stayed there because have a small dog. Will find another motel that allows dogs in the future

We were tired and stayed , but did not use the shower as it was dirty and trash was on the bathroom floor. Yellow spots on towels and sheets. COuld be a nicer place but need better dleaners.

check in took a long time. Every time we took a shower the tv in backed up. We had difficulty with opening our door with the key cards. We had difficulty turning the TV on & off. The bathroom had spots of mold and the room had a bad odor Overall not a very pleasant experience

Stayed here during Parent’s Weekend at FSU. Location was fine and the bed was comfortable. Our problem was the lack of towels. Two people in a room should have two towels. And after complaining, we’re got two towels except one was dirty and about as thick as a paper towel.

I was booked in for four nights did not stay one night in there. The room smelled. The parking lot was full of thugs. I was scared to leave my equipment in the parking lot. I grabbed all my stuff and went across the highway and booked in at a Holiday Inn.

The owners obviously use stock photos from other RRI for their advertising. Nothing about this property was accurate. There was no refrigerator in the room as stated. There was a greasy film on every piece of furniture and mirror in the room. The AC barely worked. The mattress was so old that you rolled towards the center. I've stayed at other RRI and this one made the others look like the Ritz Carlton. I give this place two thumbs down. Disgusting.

This was the worst experience that we have had at a Red Roof so far. Will not stay at this location again. The first room had the TV turned on when we went in and there was no remote to change channels or turn it off. The representative at the check in desk gave us another remote and it did not work. Ended up moving us to another room and the air did not work and the drawers on the furniture pieces were broken and knobs were missing. The headboard and the floor were filthy and there was a lot of damage to the room. Thank goodness we were only in there for a few hours to sleep halfway through a long road trip.

I checked out of the hotel 15 minutes after arriving. There was mold in the bathroom and the toilet was leaking. The room smelled horrible. When we went back up the the front desk she didn’t even act like she cared about the problems. We had to find a different place to stay at the last minute because of these issues.

I want my money back this es by far the worst place ever.I asked for a refund they told me No on the first day I arrived and I didn’t have any money to stay anywhere else so I had to deal with it. There were roaches holes in the wall I have a videos and picture please send me my money back

Horrible. They have roaches. The sheets are stained and dingy. I had to go buy sheets and pillows. If I could have found another room I would've left. The bathroom had a used face cloth hanging on the shower rod.

Honestly, this is where previous warnings needed to be heeded. Usually I ignore previous negative reviews, hoping it's mostly curcumstantial or a guest had a gripe to grind with someone. This time, previous negative reviews have proven to be correct. Too much to list here, although here is a few: 1. Housekeeping only knocked once in a week. 2. The cleaning was a joke. 3. Promise for new sheets did not materialize and no explanation provided. 4. Stained sheets. 5. Insufficient and dirty towels. 6. Shower handle defective. 7. Infant crawled once on floor and pant's knees were dark as charcoal. Only what came to mind is listed here. In the end, the advice is to simply stay away, if at all possible. I must clarify that front desk staff were quite nice and courteous. However, it seems one would need to constantly be going to office to request everything.

To top it off, the receptionist barely spoke English, making it difficult to communicate any issues. This hotel is not worth your time or money. Avoid at all costs.

It is an adequate and inexpensive option for a quick stay. No issues, decently updated and pretty clean.
