Best by far. Little out dated but not that far and clean, friendly staffs, room service quality etc. Just might need little catch up for interior renovate by HQ. But still the Best.

We have stayed here many times as it’s close to family. We were a little disappointed with the noise level at night in our room with the hotel as empty as it was. Also a few minutes after we checked out we realized we left a coffee cup in the room. We tried to go back in and get it and they made us wait until housekeeping could go in and retrieve it. We felt like we should have been able to just go up and get it as we hadn’t even left the hotel yet and we stay there at least once a month.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The entire property has a strong cinnamon scent, seemingly used to mask an unpleasant odor, possibly related to the pets they allow. The hotel is severely understaffed, particularly at the front desk and valet. The valet team is stretched thin and handling multiple roles, which they openly shared as the reason for significant delays.
Despite calling 30 minutes in advance, I was still made late for meetings on two consecutive days because my car wasn’t retrieved in a timely manner.
The rooms are outdated and in serious need of renovation. My lamp shade was visibly damaged, and I had to request that my room be cleaned again upon arrival due to food left on the carpet. The overall experience was so poor that I decided to switch hotels. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning. I’d rather stay farther away than deal with these issues again.

The property was beautiful. It was fun to feed the koi fish. They have free fish food at the check-in counter. The staff was excellent. when we got to the room, we needed to call the front desk. One of the phones was not plugged in, but that is the only negative that I can say about the property.

It was very dated and worn out. Needs an update yesterday. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Not a good representation of the Hyatt brand.

Love the indoor koi pond and the staff were friendly. The hotel is dated - old furniture, dark, old fixtures. Showers did not get hot, app to order food did not work properly and the elevators were very slow.

Came to Houston for a Safety Conference being held at the Hyatt. The hotel lobby is beautiful. The conference rooms are great. The food and bar was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. As for my room, the style/decor is borderline outdated, but it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the AC kept it ice cold all night! Definitely recommend staying here.

We really enjoy our stay at your hotel. Every time we come into Houston. We will make sure we stay at your hotel. The best customer service, valley parking, it was clean inside & outside the hotel, was very nice, garage parking was clean and it was offered to the guess. Which was really great and all the immunities that you had offered was really great as well. Thank you!!

My junior suite smelled moldy. They stated it was ongoing repairs. They quickly placed me in another room, smalled good a bit smaller but nice. They accommodated me with a 2 days complimentary breakfast. They were all nice and accommodating.

Pictures present hotel as updated , new place. Property is actually very outdated. Feels '90s in there. Breakfast menu $27, you get same what 2star hotels offer. I travel a lot and this feels nothing like 4star hotel in 2024. I am very sorry for being candid person.

The property and room were amazing the only bad thing was the last night there the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate for almost an hour didn’t really get much sleep that last night and our flight back home was early so didn’t get much rest.. this isn’t the hotels fault but definitely ruined the last night there other than that the hotel was amazing and super clean honestly one of the best smelling hotel I’ve ever been in I’ll definitely be back.

I booked the stay to destress and swim in the pool. The pool was real cold but that was on me for booking so late in the year so I only swam for an hr. The rest of the stay was great. I could still stream Netflix and Hulu in room. We went to hmart for dinner since it was nearby. For breakfast we ate in house. The Buffett has expanded from what it was years ago. I remember I hadn’t liked it before but this time it was great. There was enough options for me to eat peacefully. For me I chose the bacon, potato wedges, French toast slices, yogurt with chocolate chips, coffee with milk. Do keep in mind breakfast is an extra charge here. At time of stay it was $25 per person.

Whole entire stay room was very hot ..adjusted air many of times .left and ran an errand came back room was still hot. Also water was very cold took forever to warm up..overall stay 1/10
