Although an older hotel, it is still in great shape. Comfortable beds, very open and lofty reception area that is welcoming.

Stayed for one night with my wife. Had a corner king room. Staff were great - food was good - only complaint is the washroom in my room. I’m 6’2” and had to crouch in order to take a shower. Ceiling in the shower was very low and shower head was below my neck.

Couldn't breathe, the room was stuffy.There was no windows to open.The heat pump unit was so noisy.I could not sleep . It took a full day for my sinus to clear . All I got was a crap apology in the morning . I will never stay in your hotel again

Restaurant had terrible service, the food was overpriced, my casear salad for example was lettuce with dressing no bacon, no croutons.

Pretty decent. Chose this hotel because it was close to the Oakville Go. Its a bit dated and tired but not aweful

Perfect location being right across from the GO station! I’ve stayed a few times and the staff is always very nice and the rooms are clean! Also has a pool

I called hotel to explain we were on the way and my partner might arrive earlier. The hotel personnel was abrupt on phone. Briefly stated the person who booked ie myself was only able to check in not my partner. Then I was hung up on. Not impressed.

Good hotel. If you're looking to book for a family with kids that would like to enjoy the pool, be aware that the pool hours are not awesome. What's more, the pool is located out in the open, adjacent to the lobby.
Besides the pool hours though, everything was great. Restaurant had fantastic breakfast, the staff was friendly, and the location of the hotel is very convenient. The hotel is located only 500m or so from the Oakville GO train station.
