The staff i interacted with was great in my opinion. They all came off helpful and kind. The hotel itself just had too many defiencies for a good staff to overcome.

Bought by another company. Currently going through renovation. Found a cockroach in room but they were nice enough to get us a new room and allowed me to review it before accepting. Saw a man in a skirt and wing walking down hallway. I guess it's like an extended stay so you have a lot of bad folks living there. Hopefully once the new owners get things going it will be a real nice hotel. So if you are reading this give it some time before booking.

You get what you pay for. The room rate is very low compared to the Garden Inn across the street, and that should have been a tip. I really just wanted a night of sleep in a clean and safe place and was glad I only needed one night. The hotel is under construction so you will not get what you see online. The original room I was given did not have working lights. I was provided a new room that the hotel had just finished remodeled. The new room had dirty carpet, remodeling material on the carpet, dirty bathroom and so on. I am not very picky as I understand remodeling can mean a lot of things but I do expect to have cleanness. I slept clothed as it was middle of the night when I arrived and got out as soon as I could the next day.

It was horrible the hotel is under construction so it does not look anything like the pics on your website in addition the room was dirty stain in the carpet lamp shades .. I booked for 2 nights but I had to checked out after 1 day … I need to dispute the second night as the hotel was not as described in your website ..

The property has mold which made me ill. They still haven’t refund my money as I needed to checkout after one night for the remaining stay.

Very dirty, smelled like mouse pee, they weren’t prepared for guests and it was just gross. We left early.

Need to be remodeled

The hotel was a decent hotel. The towels were dirty and didn’t give me enough towels. Housekeeping never stopped in the room. Staff would be on the phone or not paying attention to customers when they needed their help.

The sheets were stained, ther bugs everywhere including cockroaches.

Towels had stains, the air conditioner did not work. The room felt humid

The rooms don’t look like the pictures, very dirty. The lights didn’t even work, the bed had no bedding and there were two yellow pillows. Floor full of stains as well as couch. Check in guys charged me $53 and didn’t even say for what. Once I entered the room I left after seeing it.

Our room door was very difficult to close, if you didn’t use your whole body to close it, it wouldn’t lock. The hotel itself is in a nice location by shops and food, but feels pretty sketchy inside honestly. Not sure that I would stay again :/

Price was good. But the mini fridge didnt work, air conditioner leaked all over floor. No breakfast even though it said continental. The ce machines didnt work In the building. Only 2 pillows for 4 guests. Reaked of weed. Television channels had no sound. Would not recommend

No phone in the room, none of the ice machines worked, no hairdryer in the room, last guest’s clothing left on the table, bathroom had black mold, only one remote for 2 TVs. Two requests for a hairdryer went unanswered. Requested maid service but never received any. The continental breakfast consisted of only toast and peanut butter or jam with no knives only forks or spoons. Waited well over 8 minutes to check in as staff were talking in the back room and saw me but ignored me. Definitely would not stay there again!!!

Check-in was terrible. While I was waiting, he was on his cell phone for 15 minutes and I was waiting for him to finish his personal call.
