The stay was lovely, very relaxing and helpful staff. We used the pool, the gym, the poolside snack service, buffet breakfast and sunset bar.
Only challenge was that there was reconstruction going on near our room so we had some periods of ongoing drilling

An absolutely amazing experience provided by the team here ! From start to Finnish I was mesmerised by the beauty and layout of the hotel as well as the kind, warm and welcoming staff. My partner and I didn’t leave the hotel all week as it provided everything you’d need !
They made it extra special for me as it was my birthday and even gave me a gift. I felt so much kind energy from everyone I encountered and it made my holiday so much better.
The breakfast was the most comprehensive I’ve ever seen with a massive selection to choose from ! I truly feel like this hotel ticked every single box for me.
The room was the cleanest I’ve stayed in, wonderful beds with loads of room to spread out. The view we had of the sunset from our terrace was incredible, for the price I was shocked at how much you got out of the place as a customer. They asked me if I wanted to upgrade when I arrived and I said no, but as soon as I stepped in my room I felt like it was already an upgrade because of how beautiful it was.
Thank you so much to the entire team a Jardin tropical ! You’ve gained a customer for life , whenever I’m back in Tenerife I’m only staying with you guys. Please keep providing your amazing service and I’ll be back to see you soon !

The hotel is really beautiful - the architecture is interesting, not another ugly block. The pool area is lush and green and peaceful.

The property is very well appointed and everything is kept very clean and in good condition. The downside is that the room we had very noisy plumbing running through it and the noise from the room above was intrusive.

Have been going to the Jardine Tropical for 10 years. Feels like being home. Main problem is the tiling area around the pool is in dire need of repairs. Children running around in bare feet worries me, otherwise perfect

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was beautifully decorated, the rooms were large and spacious, and the staff was lovely. We loved the pools and the many options for food and drinks throughout the hotel. It never left us hungry or thirsty! The breakfast buffet also had a great assortment of options that pleased all 5 of our family members each morning. This is a great spot for families!

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean with beautiful communal areas for guests. Rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable. Great selection of bars and restaurants.
Pool and surrounding area are lovely but if sunbathing is your thing then you will find the pool and its environs problematic. It is very compact, with little scope for moving loungers and the lovely foliage casts shadows everywhere.

The room it was nothing like the one we had the previous year. We had to pay an upgrade of £180 to move in a better room.
Others problems related to the internal restaurants, made our staying not as pleasant as the previous year.

We were blown away by our first trip to Tenerife and just got lucky I guess to stay here. Couldn’t have been happier. Next time may even go half board as the food at the hotel was as good or better than the individual restaurants.
