The customer service from all staff I encountered was amazing. The hotel was clean and very modern looking. Access to the beach was great. The only thing that bothered me was the training that went by every few hours, it was loud.

Great check in and desk service. Thanks for the upgraded room! Very clean and great view.
Only issue is that the bed mattress was a bit broken down on the (facing from the foot) left (window) side. Made sleeping difficult.

Everything about our stay was smooth, from check-in to check out. The room was terrific. We would love to come back, but the cost was a bit prohibitive.
We opted to self-park and that parking garage was quite dirty and a bit inconvenient, but that was the only thing I would change (apart from the cost).

Wonderful stay. Location is great for walking and view of the sea. On site restaurant has a delicious breakfast and room service is timely.

There is a restaurant just outside of the hotel which made my life easy getting food for the break time.

Great hotel at the beach with a great view. The outside fire pits are a nice spot to hang out on the breezy nights and the heated pool is a great addition.

We have stayed here many times. Love the restaurant on site. Walking the pier and the walk along the beach is wonderful.
The only problem we had was that one room #517,was directly above the restaurant and on both Friday and Saturday nights they have extremely loud music from 8 to 10:30 pm. Had to use earplugs.

The front desk staff was mixed. Some friendly others not. Also, we asked about making a reservation at the restaurant but were told it was not needed. When we arrived, most tables were reserved, fortunately they squeezed us in. We had a South facing room, North facing are much nicer.

Great location. Every room has a view of the ocean. We brought our bikes and biked along the boardwalks and into town. There are lots of places to eat and shop. The hotel locked our bikes up for us which was convenient.

Great location, right on the beach near the pier. Will definitely go back. 2 restaurants with outdoor seating and dining. The big pool was nice to spend some time at.

We went to stay one night. We had to be up at 5am so we asked for a quiet room. They put us on the third floor facing a very loud bar that was next to the hotel. Then there was the train horn. OMG !! I called the front desk asking how long the bar next door has loud music and the girl said till about 11PM. She said that the train runs all night long. So I asked to be moved. They moved us to the 7th floor on the opposite side of the hotel. MUCH BETTER. So, the service and the staff was amazing, but rooms facing East are noisy. The rooms facing West will be much quieter. And the valet guys are awesome !!
