This Hotel is very old. The location is very nice being right on Boston Harbor. I’ve stayed at many 4/5 star hotels. This hotel in all honesty is between a 2-3 star property if that. Just a very old outdated property. I would have never ever spent $500 a night for this hotel. Doesn’t even have normal room service. It’s delivered to your room like it’s a take out order. Plastic dinnerware etc, a modest meal will run $100+ with all the service charges. Rooms are very small. Do yourselves a favor .stay at a lower end cleaner newer hotel drive to the harbor to take pictures if u you want to see Boston Harbor. This is an honest review.

Though the room had a beautiful view of the harbor, I was not impressed with the high prices for the mediocre food and beverages in the little restaurant. No pool or hot tub. Workout room small. No information about anything related to the hotel or surrounding area in the room. Guest services not very helpful. Overall, I felt it was very overpriced for what was offered.

The view of Boston Harbor is worth staying here. Right now Boston is crazy due to hotel strikes, taxi strikes, lots of work slowdowns (hopefully by the time this is published things will be back more to normal). During this chaos, the staff went well out of their way to help guests in every possible way. It's one thing to have great service when everything is going well, but it's another to have hotel staff work overtime and relentlessly when understaffed. I was impressed.

Hotel is in need of remodeling. Carpet on the 8th floor was FILTHY, torn in some spots, bleached in others and masking tape was used to keep it together. Elevators and any place there was woodwork was worn and very scuffed. We have never paid over $500 per night at any hotel in this condition. Very disappointed and embarrassed since we were with friends and chose Hyatt Regency. However, the staff was very nice, especially housekeeping.

Very comfortable BUT arrived early afternoon and restaurant not open till 5. Wife is diabetic and needed food. Had 2 get 2 a restaurant which took 40 minutes. Very disappointing! It was a Sunday so restaurant should have been open.

The view from the restaurant is spectacular. If you can get a room facing the harbor you will be pleased. The staff was friendly and tried to help with requests.

Only thing bad with my stay, we wish it was a longer stay. Highly recommend!!! Just a perfect night before our flight back home.

Close to water taxi

Beautiful- great place to walk and conveniently located

The hotel is on the side of the harbor by the airport (you can walk to it from the airport) to get downtown you need to grab a water taxi - they are easy to get $15 per person. Beautiful views of the harbor, restaurant was great, but the only choice on this side of the harbor. Would recommend!

Great choice if in Boston

We stay every year before we fly out. It's pricey but conveniently located so worth it for early morning flights. Food was what you'd expect, typical Hyatt fair. And nice to take the boat over to downtown. We will be back again.
