This is a really nice hotel well situated for exploring Vienna. Nice breakfast, very nice and friendly staff. The hotel is a bit worn but it works.

Nice large room

This hotel is dated and dingy. My very small room was dark and musty. Black mold growing on the ceiling above the shower in the very small bathroom.

The staff are all exceptional!! They made our stay perfect. We celebrated our wedding anniversary having a delicious dinner at the restaurant. Enjoyed drinks at the onsite bar whilst cooling down in the umbrella decorated alley. Our suite was comfortable and very clean. I have no negative comments. We will stay at this lovely hotel again ☺️

Had a fabulous 2 night stay at this quirky hotel in Vienna. We were primarily visiting to see Coldplay at the Ernst Happel stadium and the hotel was in an ideal location. Lovely rooms with very comfy large beds. Great location with lots of bars and coffee shops close by. All staff, apart from one who was in the bar area when we returned from the concert, were friendly and helpful. This particular member of staff was reluctant to serve us a drink even though we arrived at the bar before it closed. He eventually agreed to us getting a beer but wouldn’t let us drink it in the bar so we had to sit outside. Would definitely recommend and return.

Very pleasant hotel overall and I found my room to be very nice.The city centre is easily walkable and Vienne Mitte railway station only about 5-7 minutes walk.I liked this hotel and would certainly consider returning.

Friendly reception, including luggage storage. Neat room. Picturesque location. Walking distance to the Mitte train station for the fast CAT airport train.

Did not clean everyday as requested: maid walked in while I was changing

Overall had a nice stay. The lobby was great. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. We had good food at one of the restaurants and super easy to get U-Bahn and airport train. Room itself was somewhat dated even though you can tell some renovations have been done. Bed was comfortable. TV didn’t work (we didn’t need it). Bathroom was a bit worn and the shower leaked water through a seam in the glass onto the floor no matter what direction you put the door. Overall would recommend and stay again but you might look elsewhere if you are looking for a luxury experience.

Wonderful hotel! Convenient location along bus lines, proximity to public transportation and all sorts of shopping and dining. The staff was courteous and accommodating.

I enjoyed looking at the photos showing the building before it was renovated, then what a beautiful result. We liked the whole building. I would suggest installing hand rails in all the toilets and a higher handrail in the bathtub so that older people can step more safely into the tub for a shower. It’s a bit scary to access the tub with the glass door and trying to reach the small low handrail.

The rooms are a little small, but clean and comes with everything i need such as a small desk, refrigerator, hot water pot, and air condition.  (At my last hotel, air condition was not available certain times during the day to be green, but this was not ideal and one of the reasons for trying another hotel.) The hotel itself is a little older, but I don't mind as the price is on the lower side.  With the location and amentities such as gym and sauna, I think this hotel is worth the price and would recommend it.

I liked the fact that the hotel is located in a quiet passage. I had a special request regarding my diet, and the staff was very attentive and granted my wish. The room was modest, but it was pleasant, comfortable and clean, and had everything I needed.
