The bathroom shower had red mold and the wash cloth they put in the side of the tub still had the inspection tag inside it so I’m guessing it wasn’t washed before they place it in the room. The people (teenagers) next to us were super loud (very thin walls probably a contributing factor) and the hotel didn’t do anything until 11pm about it. We couldn’t hear our own TV at volume 15. I will be changing hotels next time we are in town.

One night stay. Very comfortable. They let us check in early. Friendly, helpful staff. It was my birthday and they delivered a fruit and chocolate tray to my room - nice surprise! We had a good breakfast in their restaurant.

We visited Richmond for a family occasion. We have stayed at the Omni at least two times before. Always an excellent choice. Clean, comfortable, pleasant and effective employees.

Aaron the shuttle driver made our trip special. He made us feel welcome and important. We were in town for a burial. Having Aaron there to help us out with rides and friendly banter and suggestions made our trip. We also loved our waitress, Nichole. We will be back.

Oldish property, uncomfortable beds, no answer at room service, no internet despite being an omni member. Good valet service.

It is evident that the GM prioritizes customer service based on the experiences we had with her staff. I later found out she was the person at the door greeting and assisting guests when we arrived. Even when she wasn't watching, all the staff members were friendly and accommodating. I have stayed in many high end hotels and the customer service here is second to none.
Sean is the shuttle driver and a fantastic guy; friendly, helpful, reliable, impressive time management skills. He works outside of that job description as a greeter, bellhop, tour guide, concierge. When I checked in he helped my daughter and I to our room with our bags and gave me his business card with the shuttle information. The complimentary shuttle is a fantastic service offered by this property and Sean is truly an asset to the Omni.
If you decide to eat in the restaurant ask that Eve take care of you. Personable, excellent service, gave us lots of locals tips. Excellent breakfast.

Everything that had to do with dueect customer seevice via the staff was phenomenal. It is the greedy and frankly anti-consumer wifi policy that brought the entire experience diwn for me. Considering how exoensive this hotel can get I was pretty angry to find that I had to pay an additional $10 for wifi. Even double-digit priced motels offer complimentary wifi access. The link to become a loyalty member and this get free wifi was a dead link. I fund the greed to be unacceptable, and inspite of receiving impeccable service from the staff, I doubt I'll be coming back.
