It had hot breakfast

Breakfast was fair. I have been here before 6 months ago the breakfast was very good back then.

The woman at the front desk was nice.

The location felt sketchy. The bricks at one of the side locations were crumbling down. The area felt unsafe to be outside after dark. There was a lone man lurking in the corridor on the first floor of the side building where the room was.

Location was great for us to get to other places. The breakfast was good.

Site was hard to locate because locality did not allow a larger sign.

loud noises at all time of day

I didn’t like the fact when we checked in no one told us that it was a meeting in or event in the meeting room cross the hall from our room playing loud music and Saturday it was a birthday day party there which we didn’t care about it was the fact we can hear the music in our room while we where trying to put our 1 year down for bed the music didn’t stop to close to 11 I feel they should let there guest know about these events at check in

Room 321. The window sheers were torn. Also had to hold the handle down on toilet as flush was weak.

Everyone on the staff was pleasant and helpful. This property has a great castle-like theme on the outside and in the halls. The tv had a lot of channels.

The room we stayed in was not Best Western Plus in any way. The chunky paint that they used to cover the ceiling was crumbling, literally there were chunks on the floor. I could easily tell that it was a very old room that they tried to modernize with paint. The doors, tub, windows, dresser, and toilet were all showing their age. The vinyl flooring had some “rolling hills” in it. The room also did not have usb charging ports which I thought were standard at this point in time. A few times the wifi kicked us (2 people) off in the evenings, and we had to log back on…minor inconvenience for me, but if I was making conference calls, it would have been a major issue. The water bottle filler on the ground floor also did not work. The music from the party room was noticeable, but putting the vent on fan eliminated that problem.
