The bartender really did not pay much attention to me he was to focused on a couple of guys that were sitting there talking and i waited over 5 minutes just to get service. Thank goodnes another waiter came along and decied to serve me at another area in the bar to get my food and drink order.

The lobby and breakfast buffet are first rate. And there’s plenty of parking. But I gotta say, there’s an issue with this hotel that is pretty surprising and alarming for a chain this pricey. They host wedding receptions and large parties on the first floor on weekends, and when they do, the noise in many of the guest rooms is inexcusable. We were on the second floor, and the entire room was vibrating because of the bass. We called the front desk, but no one answered. So we went down in person, but two staffers said there were no other rooms available, there was nothing they could do, and that they didn’t know how long the music would last. It eventually stopped at 11:15 pm, and so it wasn’t the end of the world but still unsettling. The next morning, our ceiling started leaking, probably from a shower on the third floor. We told the front desk, but it was still leaking when we checked out two days later.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location. You walk out of the hotel & there is an outside mall with stores & restaurants. The lobby is very nice with greenery & a bar. Parking is free & the room is very spacious.

Great place to stay for a concert at Ting Pavilion...its an easy walk, although a little pricy.

We really loved this hotel. The staff was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean and modern. The restaurant/bar was very good. We were a bit dismayed about the outside of the hotel. There were homeless laying right outside and the smell was very irritating. Also we were confronted several times asking for money. This is by no means the fault of the hotel but it was disturbing to have this behavior right outside a very nice hotel.

Did a 8 night stay in this hotel. Great location. Right at the entrance of one side of the downtown mall. So walkable to most places. Wonderful lobby and very lively at all times. Got a free drinks voucher for the bar so enjoyed that every evening. Also they have water and iced coffee in the lobby at all times to refresh u . Spacious room and very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that housekeeping is alternative days and there’s no one at the pool area to help u with the sauna and all. Called the reception twice but no one came. Also called for towels one day when the room was not cleaned but that also never came. So their service was not that great in that areas but overall a great hotel to stay. Would definitely stay here again .

The e hotel has been renovated and they’ve done a great job. Lobby and restaurant/bar are beautiful and my room was updated and very nice.

Wi-Fi should be free for all. Sliding bathroom doors do not provide enough privacy. There should be microwaves in the room.

Love the location. We’ve stayed quite a few times now. The pool is lovely. Eat at one or both of the French restaurants in town. Your belly won’t regret it.

This was a beautiful hotel, roomy, great location. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Heated indoor pool & hottub were awesome.
