When we first pulled up to the building, there were only 2 cars in the whole parking lot. Without these 2 cars, it could have been an abandoned hotel. It's definitely an older building that has been slightly renovated (painting things instead of replacing/repairing them). The gentleman at check in was polite.
We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor. The door was hard to open because of the air guard at the bottom dragging against the carpet. The bed was very soft and we found ourselves sliding into the middle throughout the night. Breakfast was the typical continental but nothing special.
Location is decent, not far off the interstate and close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Check in was very easy and the young man on duty was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We like that this hotel is close to 69 and there are other ways to get around without having to use the main roads.

Room was clean and comfortable, within walking distance to restaurants.
Only “issue” would be the exterior stairs to go from the second level to the ground floor were shaky and didn’t feel stable.

The rooms and hotel were great. Staff that we dealt with were receptive and friendly. There were many restaurants to choose from. And it was easy to get in and out of the parking lot.
The only con was that the "breakfast" was cold cereal OR waffles you do yourself. There were no hot foods or other options.

The room had stains and dirt left over toothpaste in sink the worst part is the room had a gross smell like they were trying to cover up smoke or mold with air freshener. spend the extra $35 and stay some place nicer.

Requested an interior room so I would feel safe. I had booked through Expedia and the attendant on staff said that they couldn’t upgrade. They couldn’t move it to a different room
at the same price very very disappointing.

Property is older but clean. Major Construction on 69 and ramps to 82nd cause noise and make driving more inconvenient. No southbound access to ramp. Outdoor pool was closed when it was hot and I had plenty of time to use pool. Staff were good.

We did not stay there. There were hand prints all over the head board. Sheets dirty. Paint peeling all around the mirror in the bathroom area. We could not stay there. I’m requesting to have my money refunded.

Overall the stay was ok. The hotel was definitely run down. The room smelled musty and like old smoke. They beds were comfy and the front desk was very nice. Breakfast was lacking but got the job done. Pool was not open which didn't effect us.

The carpets and floor in the rooms are very dirty, just walking around my room the bottom of my socks turned dark brown.
