Our hotel room was beyond disgusting. food in the sink, hair in the shower, the floor was sticky everywhere, the walls were dirty & it smelled awful

Pillows were small and thin which was annoying, but being $150-200 cheaper than surrounding hotels made it easy enough to overlook. There was an unusual amount of paperwork to sign when checking in, but that is far from a dealbreaker.

So if you’re on a budget and headed to a show, I recommend bringing a pillow.

The room was clean and basic. For the price, it provided what we needed. I was happy for the full size fridge and freezer, though it didn't seem to be as cold as it should have been. But don't expect any extras. No hand towels, no coffee maker, no cups. And the coffee maker in the lobby was out of order 3 out of the 4 days I stayed. But it was clean, which is important to me, so I did give it 3 stars. Just expect to provide many of your own essentials.

We were in town for a concert and just needed a room for one night. The location was great...close to the venue and several restaurants. The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean. No frills, just the basics but got the job done. Would stay again.

I found it quite upsetting that when I checked into what is booked as an extended stay property that they weren't allowed to issue guests any cookware or dinnerware because they don't have any dishwashers on site.

We arrived late at night, but after a quick call from the lobby phone, someone was there to assist us right away. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy, no issues here at all!
