This is the second time Ive stayed at this hotel. Both times have been great. Its right across the street from a beach access, so within walking distance. I brought my two dogs and got a dog friendly room. Online it says they charge a dog fee, however when I checked in i wasnt charged a pet fee. They said there is no pet fee , as theyre pet friendly. MUCH better than another hotel that charged $20 per day, per dog. I didnt go to the pool, but it looked to be a nice pool.

The rug is very old, stains on all chairs, 3 pillows covers had to be replaced because they had make up and dirt on them. The other room we reserved didn't have any pillowcases on them. Bathtub had rust in diverse places. Air conditioner was very loud and right on one bed and blew the cold air directly on the bed. After turning off the AC you could still hear the AC from outside of the other rooms. Breakfast was Cookies, Muffins, prepacked fruit salad and Joghurt.

Didn’t know about computer check in-seemed weird to me Requested towels online…never received any, went to desk to ask and was told Room 109 was “hospitality room” and to go get whatever I needed. That was ok, but would have been nice to know initially. Grab and go breakfast was nice Beach accessibility was great

Had a very hard time getting extra towels and washcloths

Front desk staff very rude. Was told they only clean the rooms on the third day upon arrival of stay. Never cleaned it so i went down and the lady said i didnt ask for it to be cleaned, because i was told it would be. Spoke to cleaning lady and she came right away and cleaned it. Asked for extra towels since they only replace them every "3" days, front desk gave attitude because they had to get them. Both times at the front desk was multiple people not just the same one. Pool is nice. Hotel is a little outdated. Continental breakfast is a joke. For the price we will not be returning.

Overall very pleased. The virtual check in was great, super easy, and uncomplicated, the check in person was very friendly and nice. I’ve seen some reviews that were not very flattering I respectfully disagree with. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and folks looked like they were having a good time. We plan to come back in October

When we got there the room was filled with flys, we killed 5 roaches, the sink was leaking on to the carpet underneath of it. (So I’m sure there was mold) absolutely disgusting. We did not stay and have asked. For a full refund.

However, the check in and checkout came with some glitches concerning the kiosk system. This takes some getting used to. When we checked out the kiosk person had trouble with his headset, as his earpiece kept falling out and it was difficult for us to understand him. I am not a fan of this automated system and hopefully the problems can be worked out. In addition, there was no one on duty until almost 7:30 AM at least twice while we were there. There were several key cards left in front of the door because no one could get in. What if someone had to check out early? I hope customer service can be improved, otherwise travelers will take their business elsewhere.

The toilet seat was almost falling off and the toilet was not even attached to the floor. The room was not clean, and the hair dryer didn't work. I have stayed at this hotel for 20 some years and the quality of the rooms has gone down every year. No one seemed to care at the front desk when I checked out and I reported it when I checked in, but nothing was done!

I do not like checking in at a Kiosk with someone off site. The gentleman was polite but difficult to understand. I will not stay at your hotel again due to that process.

The bed could use newer sheets ours had pills on them. The vending machines didn’t work and the breakfast was very very minimal. But the bed was comfortable and you didn’t hear any noises from the hallway or outside.
