I've stayed at this same hotel for my annual trip to Cincinnati for a veterans event the past three years and I've had a pleasant experience each time. Perfect location in walking distance from the levy and all the attractions it offers.

The room was large and spacious, besides the toilet/shower area. That area was kind of funky. It was difficult to close the door once in the room because of lack of space. My family and I also werent fans of the breakfast. We didnt find much selection we cared for. Many others seemed to enjoy it. Very safe feeling hotel. Plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. And the views were incredible.

When we checked in we were told that we couldn't use our Hilton Gift Cards to pay for our accommodations. The desk clerk called someone and they they were not valid there. Hilton Inn and Suites Newport/Cincinnati

Great place for the price! It’s great that they offer free breakfast but don’t have too high expectations for the quality.

The check in staff was absolutely darling. The breakfast was amazing. And the room was perfectly what we needed after a long drive.

The stay at Hampton Inn was what we were expecting. The room and building was clean. The staff was friendly and the food was excelent.

The stay was great and very convenient for the reds game

The staff were all fantastic! We were traveling with a small dog and they have a small grassy area and dog waste place for walking. The lobby and rooms were very clean. Everything felt updated and modern. The parking lot is large and easy to park in, but there is an additional parking charge. I didn’t see the workout room but the pool looked very nice.

Great stay! We were there for a couple days and loved the location. Very walkable to get to the cute Newport on the levee and the reds stadium. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Super nice staff! We were here for only one night for a baseball game. The perfect hotel to walk to the Great American Baseball Diamond! Parking was easy. The street around the hotel was a little busy, but didn’t affect us in anyway. I will say, I don’t know if we just came on a low stock day, but the breakfast was a bit of a joke. Only eggs, chicken nuggets and oatmeal available.

We went to check on on Saturday and was told that our reservation was cancelled. They were booked for the night and could not accommodate us in any way. I had even called the week before to confirm my reservation and was told I was good to go. We were in the area for a concert that night and had driven 3 hours to get there. I have never had an issue with booking thru Expedia before and was very shocked that this happened. I was very upset that the property did not reach out or call me before just canceling my reservation. I had a confirmation number I had received and the gentlemen was rude. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no one would be around till Monday. I will never stay at this property again just from the customer service I received.

The hotel was great. We did have an issue with the lady working breakfast. She was very rude and fat shamed my brother in law. He loaded a plate with food to share with my husband and kids and the lady at breakfast was laughing mockingly and even made a comment at him. Besides that the stay was good.

Rooms were big and modern and clean. Breakfast was decent. Would definitely stay there again!
